Unless Spencer has super sonic hearing then I see no way that he could have heard anything being said by the female reporter once the judge began yelling.

What was said before the judge began yelling.......

"Today in the trial of the Utah doctor who's wife was found dead....."

Spencer was making it up on the fly. He should be sanctioned for lying

I disagree. I have seen trials with much more efficient justices at the helm with far less noise coming from the bench.

Sure, that's true too. I'm just saying he's not doing anything that is out of bounds -- it's his own way of moving things along.

Sometimes I forget to turn off the sound on my phone. I have Chumbawamba's Tubthumping song as my ringtone. Believe me it gets everyone's attention in the same zip code as me when I forget to turn it off.
