He is in Federal prison in Beaumont, TX. For possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Also possession of firearm.

"No, I just haven't changed since Halloween."

I don't think that question was needed to establish a foundation to ask whether he was currently in prison.

Inmate says MacNeill admitted to him that he gave wife some oxy and some sleeping pills and got her to get into the bathtub and he had to help her out by holding her head under the water for awhile.

38 years old

shackled - in federal prison in Beaumont tx since 2007

was in 2010 - 2011 in texarkansas.......federal prison

3 felony charges

knows marty - sees him

I meet him at prison

was with marty for about 6 months - same class - computer class.....everyday

was in C unit - marty on other end possible G unit

not cell mates

and would see marty outside of class - outside - dining hall

called him doc - provided inmate #1 with medical advice

saw doc on tv and said yes, he is in my computer class - saw picture on nancy grace

next morning - told doc he was on tv - something about you may killed your wife - doc said don't say anything....we will talk later

later - doc said they are doing story because his girlfriend is getting ready to get out -
named something like Gypsy

later, later - few weeks - came on again (tv) - he asked doc did u see it
doc said they can't prove anything and he didn't know why they kept running the story

then a few weeks after that - doc and inmate #1 talked - doc opened up
doc gave her some oxy and sleeping pills and then got her to get in bathtub

and later on he had to help her out.........then said he (doc) held her head underwater

doc said Michele was in the way - wanted kids and house

doc said they couldn't prove that he did anything

doc would work out - no difficult walking/no limp/no cane
lifted weighs (doc)

girlfriend......yes, doc would write her letters in class

inmate 1 was told about marty being arrested this past spring - told by a transfer inmate

inmate 1 talked to family and family contacted state
