I bet they gave the jury a nice hardy snack to tie them over until a late lunch.

Defense is getting ready to start. He has a bunch of big boards out.

Thank you so much for your post. I really appreciate how you have stayed open minded during the trial.

But thank you, thank you for the above!

I can't believe he going for the fables again...I can tell I am not going to like this.

Good grief. Why didn't spencer become a preacher instead of a lawyer?

  • #267
guess he is hoping that some of the jurors have mistresses.

  • #268
He is even choking on his words.

Alexis did testify about an argument, I'm unclear as to the timing. As far as Giselle trying to paint a picture of child slavery, she was 16, and acting out, (rebelling, chores were likely the remedy for her behavior. Teens who love to do chores, lol.

I just heard during closing, I believe it was an argument about his affair with Gypsy that she overheard.

Even Spencer is having to cough past the carp the defense is trying to feed the jury.

IMO.

"Alternative Lifestyle"???????
Is that what you call a cheating, lying, controlling, mentally abusive cad of a husband?

  • #274
I don't think his "burden of proof" chart is helping him. :twocents:

  • #275
Is it required that the jury have a unanimous vote for guilty?

  • #276
do all Defense use the

Burden of Proof Chart?

  • #277
Mark O'Mara used that type of burden of proof board in his closing during the George Zimmerman trial...

  • #278
Is it required that the jury have a unanimous vote for guilty?

Yes it is

Sorry.... I believe they all have to vote guilty

  • #279
I am going to strive to watch and listen to spencer with an open and fair mind. Back soon.

Listening to this is like having to eat overcooked broccoli after you've just enjoyed one of the best dessert souffles you've ever tasted.
