A disgrace to the legal profession in my eyes.

Is it me, or am I alone in having a serious problem following this "flawless" line of babble?

I've tuned him out and am looking at other things....

I don't get it

i really think spencer tackles too many items. And then he goes into minute detail attacking the detail with science and math and what ever else is laying around. And in the end i forget the point of it all!

amen!

Don't forget, folks, he said he was going to come back to the constipation issue!

Laundry may be calling me again... I still don't get it. And he is rambling, it's all disjointed, he's trying to be dramatic, and it's irritating to me.

DID you all notice:the "return call pad" identified MM as HUSBAND ....."ALSO DOCTOR"!!!!!

  • #349
Gosh I have forgotten as to why constipation was even brought up. That's very normal with pain meds. Even days later. Not to mention lack of moving about and lighter meals.

I think the star witness for the defense was Mr. Spencer. As far as I can tell he literally testified the most in this case, reading previous statements, line by line, by line, by line, by line , etc, etc.

spencer

Over and over and over, a relentless attack in the victim's grieving daughter.

No, it was not likely coming from Alexis that her BP was slightly elevated and she was not taking BP meds -- Alexis was not there, so it had to have come from Martin, as well as administration of eye drops. For Spencer to conclude that all of those notes must have come from Alexis' narrative is ridiculous

  • #353
I don't think Spencer is smart to go after Alexis...just not smart.

  • #354
Well the big notepad is all an exhibit so the jury will be able to take that back to help them deliberate......Say What?...how did the exhibits that the defense uses in closing become evidence?

Plural... daughters... here he goes with Rachel.

If Spencer had such an issue with the ME testimony, why didn't he call his own ME?

  • #357
OMG he has a book up there on that easel!

  • #358
Martin looks like he's trying to work up some tears.

  • #359
Slamming Rachel and Alexis.

Says neither are credible.

  • #360
and now Rachel too...can you imagine them having to sit through this..I assume they are there.
