This has me scratching my head. The day did not go anywhere near as long as the jurors were advised earlier. I am so curious about what will be in store tomorrow as the testimony is set to end tomorrow. Who could possibly testify for the defense? I doubt MM will but maybe?

Oh never mind, the tweet was ET and my mind is on MST along with the trial time. I still wonder what is going to be presented tomorrow.

Latest Salt Lake article. I sure hope this judge does not allow a retrial for the murder conviction. Yes, this is the sexual assault case finally. It is supposed to be short and finished tomorrow. The murder conviction is under the court's consideration for re-trial/or sentencing. I need to head to a lake soon. :scared:

Thanks, everyone, for the tweets and comments. My basement is under construction and I'm spinning with decisions to be made. Grrr... hammering big time, jack-hammer on cement and sudden calls downstairs.

Just a quick comment on the re-trial issue. It seems to be all about the letter to the one jail snitch. I hope the prosecution includes jury comments about the snitches after the trial. They put no credence on their testimony, dismissed any consideration of their testimony as fact.
