@Seattle1 - I don't believe this is true - as the last pdf file you sent me went thru 3/25 & the case was not there...

So - @kporter - do you have a link to the trial being on 3/25? I just want to keep my notes straight!

I might have mistyped something, but I'm looking at the docket right now and here's the current status: Pretrial conference/oral argument were held Feb. 23. There was discussion on starting jury trials again. The state was ordered to provide Giglio info by Mar. 15, and the defendant was ordered to submit objections to jury instructions also on Mar. 15. (It appears that some instructions were already argued, as alterations were made to one from the bench on 2/23.) Another pretrial conference is set for March 30, so trial will obviously be after that.

*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ am PT) - UT - Peggy Sue Ellsworth Case (28) (disappeared July 8, 1988, Spanish Fork; found May 22, 2017 buried where Peggy & BF used to live) - *Michael Ignatius Kufrin (32 @ time of crime/61/now 64) (BF) - arrested (10/17/17), charged (7/17/17) & indicted (10/30/17) with 1st degree felony murder. Has not entered a plea. $250K Cash only bond.
Case was last seen leaving a party in Payson with Kufrin on July 9, 1988.
Trial was set to begin on 3/25/21 was continued, no further dates.
