Video showed someone entering and then exiting carrying something at 3:13am.

Sierra's underpants and pajama bottoms were found in the burned out field nearby.

Found partially clothed.

Injuries to her face... rape injuries found.
Strangled... but then died from drowning.

2 million dollar bail. He showed up on the surveillance video at 3am in their house.

How horrible!!! So glad they made an arrest....

Mr Black was involved in another crime.

Police realized he lived in the area and debri on his clothes was consistent with debri on Sierra.

Sierra's DNA was found on his man parts... Wow.

They do not know if it is random or if he stalked her.
