Considering the heinousness of this crime, I'd be very surprised if the prosecutor did not seek the death penalty.

I just can't even imagine the terror Sierra must have felt. Poor little girl had her entire life ahead of her and this creep stole it all from her. Sick jerk had to rape a little 6 year old girl!!!!! I'm so upset I can barely stand it. Prayers to Sierras entire family and friends.

I think I'll give credit to a stupid criminal and of course the detectives who connected the dots.

If it's divine intervention then why didn't Rosie, Kiplyn, Kyron, Ayla etc get that help. :tears:

"miracles do happen" he (LE.. I don't know his name..) believes it's divine intervention that the robbery suspect was spotted at a bank after a robbery using a stolen car, and that the dots were connected.

I don't think Utah is shy about executing people. They just got rid of the firing squad a few years ago, I think.
