I agree, although he may have made a mistake because from what has been said, the phone links him in some way to the child and what occurred.

Who knows what they found on his phone, I’m sure he has interesting photos. I think he simply forgot it in his haste to get out of the house.

Says it all....

Oh yeah, the darkness he created & his horrible life. No mention of the horrible world he created for so many.

This case is giving me an anxiety attack. Can you imagine? This drunk, high, angry degenerate is staying over at his sister's house for an event and decides to what? He just meanders into his precious niece's room? Decides to harm her? Decides he wants to beat her for some reason? Or sexually assault that innocent little darling?

And then her furtively carts her out of the house and eventually dumps her body somewhere. In a dumpster. Or under a tree. Or in a ditch or whatever.

And then arrogantly goes about his business and angrily refuses to identify himself as he's required to do?

Despite seeing case after case I can't fathom this. (I can't fathom any of them really). Lizzy is a precious little baby doll.

What kind of creature decides this is a good thing to do for himself? Why would he want to?

And how does he feel now? If he wanted to claim some sort of psychotic break or drug induced fury he couldn't control or doesn't fully remember, he would be cooperating.

The fact that days later, fully sober, probably desperate for a drink or whatever, he is still not cooperating, indicates his cold, callous, sinister nature.

Disgusting.
me too - it is just so awful...JMO

Agree. I just know they said it linked him to her in some way or the trustworthy MSM said so. I too think he forgot it. I think he had his hands full whether literally or otherwise...

If they have his blood as evidence, would they have done a complete strip search, medical exam, or something along those lines to determine from where in his body the blood came, and what type of injury caused him to bleed?

yes, I don’t know why there would need to be more to make her call police? If I woke up and my child was gone I would be calling cops period. Especially if my druggie brother had been there and was also gone, and couldn’t be contacted. MOO

Definitely. I don't blame these parents for anything. They let their loser brother spend the night, they didn't know he was going to go "Ted Bundy" on his niece.

Who knows? Maybe "Uncle Alex" had stayed over numerous times, no hint of depravity. You really can't figure these types out. He may have just wanted to kill her, or he wanted sex...there could be a dozen reasons.

These folks didn't do anything wrong. My heart goes out to them.

Absolutely.
I don’t think any of us will be surprised at what eventually comes out about this creep.

It would appear they have done something because they said in the PC that they linked him to her IIRC. Looking forward to that transcript for these details IMO

I think he left it on purpose so they couldn't ping, and track him.

Has there been any credible mention as to the last time Lizzy was seen by someone other than AW, JW or DB?

Who knows.
But if the phone links ‘him to her’, I don’t think they mean by dna. Jmo

Have you seen his mugshot? I’m trying to decide if he has a small scratch under his right eye or not.

Can we discuss a surveillance video of AW from early Saturday morning?

I'm feeling the same way. I just don't understand the criminal mind in general. It feels to me like a criminal mind must take entitlement to a level that most of us cannot understand. How someone can consider that they are entitled to take another person's life for their own sick needs is just beyond my realm of comprehension. I am so sad for Lizzy. I hope this case allows family members with questionable relatives to feel confident in decisions to not allow them access in any way to their children. It's sad to say that but this brother's history was a clear warning of future bad acts. It's unimaginable what it appears he did but yet there were warning signs.

It does look like he has a scratch under his eye, but we don’t know if it is a scratch, or if it is related.

Nope, not that I have seen. Even though there is no reason to doubt anything, and I personally don't at the moment, I have wondered the same as there are other cases right now on here that are active and the date of the child going missing that was provided has actually been false.

Others may know otherwise, but I have not seen a word about the last time she was independently seen outside the home.

Not indicating anything, I am just answering your question :)

I don’t want to say or even think of what may be on his phone that’s link ‘him to her.’

Poor sweet girl.
