My husband worked at JBS. It's a fortress. Has a security guard at the west entrance. Most employees parked and entered on the south side. Cattle were delivered on the north side and is fenced. There was a huge field on the west side. There are also other buildings. There is another parking lot to the west across street.

This makes me wonder what the matching DNA is, now, which links the two. If it were bodily fluids which indicated she’d been molested and/or injured, they’d at least be able to charge him with that, right?

Wouldn’t the attorney know that? Why bother asking for release if the police could, in turn, just file those charges in response and keep him around longer?

I think that they want to have a solid case when they file, with rock solid evidence, ie, body. I think that they have evidence from the search warrant on his person that was done. And probably more. But they don't have to disclose that evidence until the charges are filed.

And the time frame is really narrowing down. That’s only 4 1/2 hours.

In that 4 1/2 hours is it possible he did go to the meat plant in the dark and then double back to the house ? I just think this is very odd imo

On the fourth day since she disappeared, there are reminders of the search throughout the town. Police officers were combing through bushes in a quaint park near Lizzy’s home, and knocking on doors with shovels in hand before scouring the yards of those who live nearby on quiet, tree-lined streets. A missing posters with a photo of the girl grinning wide, her nose crinkled, was taped to the door of a local diner.

In the courthouse, where Lizzy’s uncle Alex Whipple had a brief appearance in connection to minor charges, women who had never met Lizzy or her family before came and wept.

From the presser, appears many have provided surveillance to LE already. Enough to establish that they're pretty certain AW walked to area he was apprehended, and that AW was not carrying a back pack as previously alleged. MOO

The probation violation is probably a separate legal issue; I don't know Utah's rules but he's probably entitled to a hearing about whether his probation should be revoked, and maybe to be out on bail while waiting for the hearing. Under other cicrumstances, I mean. Obviously this isn't normal.

My understanding is that they searched her home multiple times the first day. I am not sure if she denied initial entry due to a warrant.
