So LE knows he was at a wedding? I had not heard of a wedding.
I think he easily walked to Hyrum but I think in a lot less time. Moo he can easily cover a mile in 10-12 minutes. And, if he needed to hurry, even faster.

NO. LE has never once mentioned anyone was at a wedding.

I really found that odd. Why get rid of the body but keep her clothes? Now don't get me wrong, he is 99.99% likely the guy, but I just would have expected to find her by now.

Did they find the backpack and her clothes on him, or had he left it in another location?

Yeah - we haven't seen the surveillance photos of the Short Stop convenience store, nor have we heard from the store clerk whether or not he had his backpack. (I recall reading pages back that he didn't have the backpack)

And where does he normally "live" . Certainly LE will have checked and hauled in any "associates" for questioning. I don't quite understand where this guy is 24/7 and where the rest of his stuff is.

It still hasn't been established as to where he was living (paying rent or not, eating, where his few belongings might be).
We only know he worked 4 months ago in Hyrum before he quit.
So, why did he head back down there ( Hyrum) the night in question?
Why not go back to where he had been staying, wherever that is?

Maybe that's the area he was living in, too. Or maybe he had a friend in that area he was hoping to stay with.
It could be that he is technically homeless and just stays wherever he can, although being on probation that would have been a violation. We know he had not been to probation in over a month so who knows what his situation was. Imo

Yeah, especially needing to walk or board around for transportation.

There was no wedding that we have any confirmation of. That was a rumor started here after someone speculated that maybe he went to a wedding and then someone else got confused and thought it was fact. Continuing that line of discussion as if it was fact confuses things more.

So why the suit?

Was it intended to throw suspicion off of him because they wouldn't be looking for a young LDS guy dressed as if he were on his mission?

I think he ditched her clothing, likely on his way out of town and only intentionally, or inadvertantly kept a few things.

Probably has his DNA on her clothing and he didn’t want anyone to associate him with her body if it was found. I assume his plan was to destroy the clothes.

Perhaps he planned to dispose of the clothing far away from her body to mislead LE as to her whereabouts.

...there are plenty of reasons to wear a suit that don’t involve a wedding or it being his disguise for kidnapping his niece. Honestly, he probably lacks the forethought to plan to dress like a Mormon Missionary. He still has his face, and it’s a small town so he’s recognizable. Besides they are always in at least a group of two.

But we have no confirmation he was at a wedding and we need to stop saying he was unless/until LE says so.

Maybe he had a job interview that day. Maybe he had a date that night.
Maybe he just likes wearing it.
Maybe it was laundry day and everything else was dirty.

He updated his profile pic at about 2:00 pm on Friday. It wasn’t a new/recent pic of himself, but an old picture that he added a new frame too. A frame with little hearts on the bottom, which I think is strange.

When you look at things on Facebook, it corrects to your time zone I think. Others that are in the same time zone have it off your time.

I thought I read a post saying they were having a PC at 8:00 am. Maybe I misread, though. I assumed it would be on the local news station or something. Imo

All I can find is someone stating that a reporter said that, but no link, and his Twitter says nothing about it. MOO

he says it in the video. But he also say AW lives in the home with JW. Have we heard this before. It’s a very choppy live update so maybe not right.

Good catch Snoopgal, the broadcaster did say that AW also lives at the home with the girl, her mom, and her mom's fiance. Maybe they got that wrong too? Or not? Around 00:40/01:44 in the broadcast

Yeah, there was no wedding because LE is asking the public if they know A’s whereabouts before arriving at the home.
As far as the suit, I wondered if he had a restaurant job & was in uniform, but I guess not, as LE would know.
