Just some brainstorming thoughts: regarding "K-chu"...maybe "Chu" is a surname..."k chula" supposedly means "how sweet" in Spanish...maybe k-chu is a nickname.

Or maybe flip it to "Chuck". The link posted upthread for a related forum where "Carlos" was presenting as the onsite manager and one of the booking managers during a "business transition"...well, Carlos in Spanish = Charles in English = Chuck (one of the nicknames for Charles). Just a thought.

Carlos is a super common name in countries with Spanish as the main language, tho. Altho "Carlos" the person could have been of any nationality and perhaps using "Carlos" as a regional [false] name, due to locale and/or other reasons.
