VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

So multiple people can point to her being alive and well after she left her cabin at 5.30am. Which is what I thought but somehow she jumped or fell.

Unfortunately their sightings can't be confirmed (including the time) and they also are the only sightings of Yellow or Amy after (I think), 3:30-ish AM. If she left the room between 5:30 and whenever the father woke (5:50?) - it's hard to believe more wouldn't have seen either or both of them, at some point.

There were three people who saw her that morning early. If only one, then I would question it more. Once you have 3, then I think it carries more weight.

Someone upthread said that Yellow reported that Amy talked about how she was unhappy with her parents' response to her sexual orientation. has this been confirmed by anyone?

According to the video, they danced and he had her arms around her.
According to the James Renner interview (on YouTube released in May 2015 I Think), Yellow, who is now a minister, says that Amy told him she was gay, her parents didn’t like it and she didn’t want to be on the cruise. IIRC, he went to his room alone and was called the next morning by his boss asking if Amy was with him. I’m going to re-watch this. During my first viewing I found his story compelling. However, there are inconsistencies…..

I don’t have a link but I am sure it’s been said previously she was afraid of heights. But I don’t know where that originated from. Maybe a previous TV show?

That’s obviously another reason why they don’t believe she fell overboard as she was to afraid to go near the railing.

3 people saw them so why would all 3 of got it wrong?

They also said the time they saw them and it would of been after she had left her room.

Are these 3 people in a conspiracy to blame Yellow?!

There were 2 girls who reportedly saw AB and AD entering the glass elevator up to the disco. Then a 3rd woman witnessed AD giving AB a brown drink at the disco. The first 2 saw AD walk by them alone ‘a short time’ after that. I don’t think this 3rd woman was part of the Netflix documentary. At least one of the’2’ claimed she spoke to Amy earlier in the evening and was aware of her new dog,new job etc. Could all 3 of these women have seen someone else? Or was their timeline off by a few hours?
I surely don’t know.

Two of them (not sure about the third) testified to a Grand Jury as well.

I would love to know if he mentioned this conversation with Amy about her sexuality in his original interviews with the FBI? He could have easily added this lately. He's not trustworthy and exhibit A into evidence is his own daughter's mistrust of him.

I just watched this video of the cruise... There were numerous people I had to pause because I could not tell if it was yellow or not. Makes me think its absolutely possible that the girls who thought they saw Yellow actually saw someone else.. Not saying he;s innocent by any means but just something I thought of while watching.

I doubt that they mistook him for someone else. They had been interacting with him on the cruise. In fact, they said he had been flirting with them earlier that night. When they saw him without Amy later, he walked right past them without making any eye contact which they thought odd since they had just been interacting with him that evening/morning.

I read her account somewhere up this thread. It was detailed - she was in the disco hanging out waiting to disembark. She had some condition where she had to stay out of the sun(?). She was sitting at a table and saw AD/Yellow make and hand Amy a brown drink. I’ll look for the report.
