Family pleading for help locating missing 29-year-old Richmond man
Bob Willoughby posted over the weekend that he is working with a private investigator and Richmond Police to locate his missing son, 29-year-old Bobby Willoughby, who was last seen at a civil court case in Richmond on October 3. Police later spoke to him on November 7 at a McDonald's in Stafford County, but the family had not filed a missing persons request at that time, according to Bob Willoughby's post.
The missing 29-year-old's father said his son recently lost his job and his apartment and may be either staying in a homeless shelter, with someone or camping. His family believes a change in medication 'created these issues.' He drives an older model, light blue Audi convertible with a Virginia license plate that reads 'BW1LLO.'
