Found Deceased VA - Calvin Holmes, 40, Chesapeake, 4 April 2016

Calvin Holmes, also known as Beano, was last seen at his home in the 2500 block of Berkley Avenue at 11 a.m.

The 40-year-old left home to go to work in Virginia Beach. He was driving a gray Chevy Cruz with Kentucky plates.

Huh! This the 2nd missing person in a month in my area and the media doesn't pick up on it for a week to two weeks and then only one station. That doesn't help matters.

Portsmouth police found Holmes’ body on Friday, April 22 in the 1100 block of Horne Avenue.

Cause of death has yet to be determined.

Police say this is an active death investigation.
