"According to officials, 56-year-old Germaine Pscion was last seen in the 400 block of 27th Street.

She is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches and weighing between 140 to 150 pounds.

The family is concerned for Pscoin’s safety and there is reason to believe she may harm herself, according to police."

Even more concerning is that we're all preparing for hurricane Florence. Even if we don't get a direct hit, flooding could be horrible. I hope she's found safe today or tomorrow at the latest. Or even if that's not possible, that she's somewhere safe.
