Yeah, I'm really skeptical that this guy is an abductor/murderer. I know there's always the Ted Bundy kind you can find, but usually not. This feels weird.

also, re the map. That doesn't seem that close to me. There's like a mountain between locations it seems! Anyone who lives in Cville will be relatively close to where MH was found. JMO

According to Mapquest, it's a 13 minute drive from the Ponderosa Trail address to Anchorage Farm. It doesn't seem as close as it looks on the map. I'm wondering what the circumstances were surrounding the trespassing charge, whether he was on a private property in a rural area or overstaying his welcome in a public place.

I got 8 min to red hill road..which is where many believe access was made to the farm.

Too close for comfort IMO.

I see while I was sleeping there have been developments. I posted from Daily Mail last night. When did they spill the beans?

Grandma says, ‘I’m sure he had nothing to do with it. He is a good boy. He has worked ever since he was able to work. He has never been in trouble. He would do anything to help anybody."

He would help anybody? How is buying an underage girl drinks who is already drunk and wandering around alone in the middle of the night helping anybody. Come on, Grandma!!

This is what I can find in Albemarle County and Charlottesville

Albemarle General District Court:

Case Number: GC07019770-00
DIP
12/19/2007 Date of Offense
Guilty in Absentia

Charlottesville General District Court:
Case Number: GC08001284-00
Public Swearing/Intoxication
1/18/2008 Date of Offense
Guilty in Absentia

Case Number: GT09009828
Speeding 41 in a 25
10/2/2009 Date of Offense
Dismissed
When you spell Mathew with two "Ts' and no s at the end, in C-ville alone, he has 1.5 pages of arrests going back to 2004.

Are second (or first year referencing nursing students) in a hospital setting yet? I guess I think of that as being more of a junior/senior year thing.

This could TOTALLY be just terrible luck for this guy. Maybe he did legitimately do all that he says happened and truly was just the last person to see her. However, remember that Ted Bundy was just a "normal looking guy". I guess anything is possible at this point, but it is interesting to see his name and do a little research. Not really pinging my super bad dude radar.

Yeah I'll be honest, he doesn't look like a bad dude.

I don't know what to think anymore.

Again, pure speculation but ... a cabbie? A young girl lost and confused and disoriented late at night might just seek refuge in a cabbie. "Ah ... a cab ... someone I can trust."

Is it a fact that Hannah drank alcohol with him? If so, they could have used that to at least hold onto him.

So what's the general consensus now on DBG/Jesse?

If indeed DG had anything to do with HG disappearance, I hope LE is talking to the UVA Hospital OR staff. If anesthetic drug counts are off, even by 1 cc, there may be a clue there. Pure speculation.

Well, he has a record, but nothing that would require his DNA to be on file. That's not a very good pic of his face so hard to tell if he resembles the MH suspect :/

His DNA would be in his car and apartment and clothes. JMO

What is a charge of DIP? I have no idea what that means...

I had to look that up too...it's public intoxication or yelling profanities in public.

I can. Back when we were all invincible in college, I can easily see my friends getting that text and laughing. "She is lost a block from her apartment, guys." Like oh, we're so wild, look what shenanigans we get into, haha, etc. They could have assumed she was joking, since she is generally a capable person. Or that she was making up an excuse not to come to the party. Then realizing on Sunday they never heard from her on Saturday, that seems plausible to me too if she tended to sleep at places other than her apt on occasion. This is what horrifies me about these cases. People are walking around in a peaceful, normal day pretty much figuring things will tend to go on that way and then bam - it's shattered.

Good point, even if I don't like it, it does make sense, thank you.

Has anyone called the tip line with the ponderosa info?
I would but bf would be po'ed......he's already convinced that the FBI will be knocking on the door because I'm on WS......lol

I know everyone wants to convict this Person of Interest. Mind you he's still not even a suspect. But I just get a feeling he didn't have anything to do with this. At this point, anyone could be involved. It could be just some random stranger in a vehicle who offered her a ride after she left the area.

It is his nickname (first letter capital, second lowercase) and last name. Picture is same one from Daily Mail article.
I tried that but no luck? I am logged in. Can you post a link please? I hope it is not down already. Screenshot for your own use everyone!
