The Virginia State Police has issued a senior alert for a missing 81-year-old Cascade man believed to be in danger.
The Pittsyvlania County Sheriffs Office is looking for James George Gianakos, who was last seen at 9:30 p.m. Sunday at 2141 Oak Hill Road in Cascade, according to the alert.
Gianakos is described as 6-feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has hazel eyes and gray hair and was last seen wearing a burnt orange shirt, brown khaki-style pants and dark-colored tennis shoes.
He also walks with a limp and carries his left arm close to his body, according to the alert.
