John Throckmorton was last seen at around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 17, on Hopewell Road in New Kent.
Investigators say he is believed to be driving a 2006 light blue Kia Sorrento with Virginia tag VRC-1817.
The New Kent County Sheriffs Office said Throckmorton has dementia and a heart condition that requires medication that he left behind along with his cell phone.
Johnny is described as a 6-foot-4, 265-pound white male with gray hair and blue eyes.
