Surely there’s some kind of restraining order that she‘s never to stalk or utter his name ever again.
It doesn't matter. There was a clause in the 2017 divorce settlement that neither side would disparage the other. There is an actual NDA in place already. Johnny obeyed that. Amber violated it all over the place. Neither an RO or an NDA stopped her the first time and will not stop her now. She has entitlement issues and doesn't think any of that applies to her. She also has a deficit of understanding of the 1st amendment and erroneously thinks it protects any speech coming out of her mouth.

She'll keep going (1) because she doesn't understand contract or constitutional law and (2) she doesn't think it applies to her in the first place. She thinks she is the heroine in this story, leading all women to victory. In truth she is no better than anyone else and the rules that apply to everyone else also apply to her, the self designated champion and heroine of the cause. She seems to have lost touch with reality some time ago. IMO

I haven't looked at any articles myself, but others were saying that UK's msm were coming out more in favour of Amber, while the US's msm were more team Depp.
That makes sense because the UK trial was not televised. They only had news heAdlines which were probably like some we saw here---where they would just do a quick summary headline ---" tearful Amber describes being assaulted by a drunken Depp on their honeymoon" etc etc, with no real in depth look at the facts

Johnny's next role? Fans rejoice at rumors that Depp will star in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice 2 after he appears in cast lists for the long-awaited cult-classic sequel

  • Google searches for 'Beetlejuice 2' show a picture of Johnny Depp alongside Beetlejuice stars Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder under the heading 'Cast'
  • The presence of Depp in the Google cast list comes amidst mounting speculation that a Beetlejuice sequel is in the works after more than 30 years
  • If true, Depp's appearance in the film could be his first major role since he was booted from the Harry Potter adjacent Fantastic Beasts franchise in 2020
Wouldn't surprise me at all, being that it's a Tim Burton movie.

True, but it just blows my mind that Elaine, who should know better, is doing the same thing. I just watched her CBS morning interview and it was Atrocious. They didn't seem to be buying what she was selling and Nate the ex NFL guy tried to reign her in but she wouldn't take a clue.

She once again accused the jury of reading social media on their break. And she said team Depp didnt play fair and demonised her. She said they didnt know anything about Domestic Violence and dissent recognise that she is the true victim and she lost because none of her evidence was allowed into the trial...and on and on...

The amusing thing is that EB, by her own statements is $6 million dollars ahead right now. And she'll likely be another $6 million dollars ahead at the end of all the appeals. Lawyering is a business. Billable hours are what counts. No matter how this goes for AH, EB is going to be at least $10 million dollars ahead. I'm going to be giggling my 🤬🤬🤬 off if JD moves that AH pay his legal costs on top of everything else. And I wouldn't be surprised if the judge approves it. Why should the aggrieved party have to pay for a wrong doing perpetrated by someone else? AH should be forced to pay DP's legal bills as well, since she was found liable on every count.

I wonder if that will come up at the June 24th hearing? IMO

This article talks about the possibility of something similar-

Legal analyst Emily D. Baker:

"It will be up to the parties, but once the judgment is entered on June 24, I wonder if the attorneys will start negotiating that judgment payment," says Baker. "Ben Chew said in his closing argument that Johnny Depp wasn't seeking to punish Amber Heard with money. [Chew said on Friday to the jury: The case "has never been about money" or about "punishing" Heard.] I imagine that they will try to settle it and you'll see a PR statement that they are not seeking to enforce the judgment."

"If they do want to enforce the judgment," she continues, "that starts a whole separate process in court, of potentially attaching property, setting up ways it has to be paid. I imagine — and if I'm team Depp, this is what I would do — they'd look at getting an injunction to stop Amber Heard from repeating statements that the jury found were defamatory and then stipulating that the payments won't be made and there won't be any judgment outstanding."

Says Baker, "If he's not interested in the money, I think he's more interested in her not repeating these allegations."

Forgive me if this has been dealt with, I’m running behind, but the very second the trial was over amber did it again, committed slander and defamation, announcing it as a set back for both free speech and all domestic violence survivors, (of whom I am one and I take umbrage due to her lies). In other words, she again accuses him both falsely and publicly of domestic violence. I wish he’d turn around and sue her again.

JD delightfully describes how Jack Sparrow was created.
At 1:45 I’ve heard this several times now that JD says most of his characters are gay. They are.

AH may have an umbrella policy with the same company who has her homeowner's insurance. It's like an excess liability policy and would probably cover the defamation trial.

You are correct .. the only audio recording from the Australia incident is from AH's phone that she secretly taped underneath the table or counter. She is the only one that was aware they were being recorded.

Also could you please point me to the time stamp of where Dr. Kipper states he gave AH 100mg of Seroquel as was stated in the dailymail article that you posted prior to this? I have watched this video of Dr Kippers testimony numerous times and I must be missing that part.

As far as that "disallowed tape" .. I'm pretty sure the daily mail must have listened to it since they know about the 100 mg comment that was made ;)
I have looked for that exchange on video from Kipper, Lloyd, "Erin", Ben....I cannot find it, though the commercial tapes are choppy- I have an inkling (?) IMO, that maybe it was in texts between Kipper and Lloyd? or maybe in a transcription of AH's tape? I can keep looking; I am interested in seeing exactly what was said. Also, shouldn't it be in nurses's notes somewhere? It is not as if we have all the exhibits.... (I also have told myself to stop obsessing over this case- not my job... but details get to bothering a person's brain).

The goodness and awesome that is JD, according to his peers!

I think Mr. Rottenborn may have figured out exactly what type of woman he was representing

I definitely think the other chap, Mr objection, hearsay! did. By the end of the last week he looked like he realised he was on the wrong table and she may have just tanked his career. JMO

i think my favorite is this one, lol - he’s very funny:

(I apologize for sensational and ridiculous context, lol - clearly he never said he did it multiple times)

Of all the lies and misrepresentations EB is spewing, she really goes way over the top with expecting us to believe that AH’s first reaction to the verdict was “ I’m so sorry for all the women I let down”. JMO
Don’t know how she can say it with a straight face. But that’s part of the campaign to portray AH as an “Ambassador “ I reckon.

She should be sorry for all the women she let down. All the men too. Sorry for how she has trampled over their very real trauma, how she has taken their experiences and twisted them into the most sordid and disgusting lies that she told under oath, all to try to destroy a man who loved her until he just couldn't do it anymore.
Yes,she should be sorry. Yes,she has let REAL VICTIMS down. Sadly I don't believe there is anything that can make her realise that it is her lies that have made it harder for real victims to come forward, not that she was silenced and her right to free speech taken away, not that she was oppressed by powerful men or by an army of rabid JD fans, just that she is a narcissist and a liar and she has to win at all costs.

I haven't looked at any articles myself, but others were saying that UK's msm were coming out more in support of Amber, while US's msm were more team Depp.

Let's just hope she doesn't up sticks and move here!

I think the British msm is mostly talking out of both sides of its mouth as per usual!.
I'm a bit suprised at the guardian though, they are usually pretty sensible.

Dan Wooten is conspicuously quiet on the verdict though, aye? ;)

She should be made to pay him. She will never shut her mouth. She will pay others to speak for her. Amber doesn’t have a personality to accept she is wrong or to ever apologize. Imagine how she and her sister claimed abuse against their dad. I bet it was false also. I saw a clip of her on Letterman praising her dad. She’s an opportunist and a liar.
Go get get JD. Make her pay.

The US MSM has only given Amber praise. The people of UK see her as we do.

When did she switch legal representation? And who was the previous one?
… she had a lady named Samantha Spector for her divorce, and two other attorneys showed up to testify here (Eric George and some other lady). I’m not sure if these are the same people referred to in the article… this would be going a ways back, pre-Virginia and pre-UK, I think, since there are pictures of Elaine there.
