The goodness and awesome that is JD, according to his peers!

Well that made me a bit tearful lol.
What a lovely clip (bit too much Angelina for my liking but other than that it was perfect) :)

I stepped away for a couple days, and now I come back and boom... I've got that song in my head again, lol. Thanks a lot.

Sorry lol. Ever since I saw the memes and realised the resemblance of Dr Spiegel to Dr Doofenshmirtz I always have the theme tune to Phineas and Ferb associated with, and therfore playing in my head, when viewing this thread.
Special mention to @katydid23 who shared a brilliant tik tok with me that doesn't help my ear worm :D:D

I just had an idea.

Maybe EB is still doing AH's 'dirty work' - the case is lost, there probably won't be grounds for appeal to be successfully granted... so she's doing the rounds of the media, letting it be publicly known there was an error of judgement as a final PR stunt?

In the minds of people who never followed the trial or had little to no interest, they will forever believe the narrative that AH was a victim of terrible abuse and the court process was corrupt?

Again, I'd say she's flying in the face of being personally sued by JD for doing so.
what I find most interesting is that the same "wrongful" acts of agency she accused Mr. Waldman of she is now actively engaged in on behalf of her own client. The hypocrisy is staggering to me.

I definitely think the other chap, Mr objection, hearsay! did. By the end of the last week he looked like he realised he was on the wrong table and she may have just tanked his career. JMO
I actually felt bad for that guy. I’m thinking he was severely sleep deprived, as well as didn’t like who he was representing. He sure never looked happy when he was sitting beside AH !

She should be made to pay him. She will never shut her mouth. She will pay others to speak for her. Amber doesn’t have a personality to accept she is wrong or to ever apologize. Imagine how she and her sister claimed abuse against their dad. I bet it was false also. I saw a clip of her on Letterman praising her dad. She’s an opportunist and a liar.
Go get get JD. Make her pay.
I wholeheartedly agree, she doesn’t need to be let off the hook. She’s too defiant and entitled and needs to suffer the consequences of her actions. If she doesn’t she’ll believe she can get away with it again just as easily.

He can make a huge comeback. But to reinvent himself he really needs to stay off drugs and booze. jmo.

So if her insurance company paid for her lawyers, will they also pay what she owes to Johnny I wonder?

I mean, he has been on drugs and booze his whole career. Maybe he really just needs to steer clear of wannabe narcissistic starlets with ambition far stronger than their acting talents ;) .

You are right though, he at least needs to tone it down with the vices though I don't think they will be as extreme now he is free of her.

"Thank goodness we can all stop feeling sorry for Elaine ... digging her own grave by doubling down. I would have loved for her to stand up for herself," one of the top comments on the video reads.

"I have no sympathy for her anymore. Now they’re blaming the courts and the jurors being swayed," a second viewer commented.

A third said, "And she pretty much sitting on tv saying that the jury was compromised ... when are they going to stop."

On Twitter, people shared similar opinions, arguing Bredehoft was willing to blame anyone or anything for the loss in court.

Cant understand why EB wants to go down in flames with her client. She should know trashing the jurors is a bad idea and will cause her alot of backlash.jmo

I definitely think she fueled his drug use. I also think it’s possible she was drugging him more. She had the drugs to do it.

I much agree, I have been thinking all along that he 's been increasingly self-medicating, due to falling for the PDO wrapping him around her needy finger.

It's not enough, for me, for us to be talking amongst ourselves about the behaviour of EB since the jury handed in their verdict.

I want her to be held accountable by her professional organization.

Jurors must be protected from unsubstantiated charges against them. IMO, EB has committed slander against the jurors.

I would be shocked if the professional code of conduct to which lawyers must adhere allows slandering of jury members by an attorney.

IMO, EB deserves disbarment.

She should be sorry for all the women she let down. All the men too. Sorry for how she has trampled over their very real trauma, how she has taken their experiences and twisted them into the most sordid and disgusting lies that she told under oath, all to try to destroy a man who loved her until he just couldn't do it anymore.
Yes,she should be sorry. Yes,she has let REAL VICTIMS down. Sadly I don't believe there is anything that can make her realise that it is her lies that have made it harder for real victims to come forward, not that she was silenced and her right to free speech taken away, not that she was oppressed by powerful men or by an army of rabid JD fans, just that she is a narcissist and a liar and she has to win at all costs.

Now she has included the jury being trampled on. It’s always going to be someone else that is to blame.

I haven’t caught up to todays post yet so this may have been discussed. In regards to her paying Johnny or anyone else I think it’s best to hold her to it. She doesn’t need any encouragement to file, if she is released from payment she will continue to abuse that. Essentially she will be using Johnnys funds to do her dirty work. If she has to pay each time maybe she will be less inclined to appeal.

I agree, it calls for disciplinary action. Hopefully the judge and other officers of the justice system will take action.

I wonder if Team Heard is currently investigating these jurors.
