It bothers me too and I wonder what JD will do now that she is continuing to attack him? By the way I hate that these news shows keep giving her these opportunities to continue with defamation and harassment-- but of course the media loves this kind of stuff--- I can't see her ever stopping this-- Will he just let it go or respond in some way? If she plans to appeal, she is not doing herself any favors. She of course should just lay low for a while but she cannot- she remains filled with hate and rage- I think she would like to see JD dead (by suicide or another way)--- she is vile. I also think she is very jealous of his success and his career because basically she is a hollywood nobody. Beautiful women in hollywood are a dime a dozen.

His best bet is to continue to ignore her publicly and privately .. and bury her in court. Let his attorneys handle her. She's doing nothing right now other than proving to the public that she is very disturbed and needs mental help. She is looking for attention and doesn't care if it's good or bad.

I'd file a restraining order or injunction that restrains her repeating the defamation. Or fines her a certain amount of $$ every time she does it. IMO

A British youtuber, BlackBeltBarrister, is speculating that the AH team is out doing this so that the JD team will try to negotiate her future silence on the topic against the money owed. JMO.

She wants the records sealed so no one can ‘see her lies’ on paper. Out of sight out of mind while she puts together her new story she is pushing.

We know that she and PR guy have read & watched everything. They have clearly gathered that everyone knows she is a liar. So she now says ’I said and did horrible things’ to humanize herself and disarm the firm stance against her. That’s acting to save her butt.

By speaking out against the claims she was found guilty of is that not defamation? She is adding and changing things to what was upheld in court.

Didn't the judge give them the same amount of time to present their case? The attorneys are responsible for managing their time. jmo.
