I do not think these "sources" understand how the world works... though on the bright side, this phrasing may mean that she has already decided she won't try to appeal, which would go a long way towards ending the long national nightmare.

Ha! Since we all know how Ms H thinks pledging and donating are synonymous, I seriously doubt she will have anyone willing to back her with a $$Bond$$$ to post for an appeal. Methinks she will go for a 'book deal'....not an appeal.

So she has to post bond on all the money she owes him plus 6% a year interest to appeal. So how much cash does she need to post bond? And Im glad to see JD didnt let her off the hook. jmo

Im glad JD didn't let her off the hook. I believe she can file bankruptcy on the award for defamation but not the punitive damages. Again. I may be wrong about that too. If she is planning on writing a tell all to raise money, I dont think it will be as easy as she may think. Finding a publisher may be impossible. They know no one will buy a book of lies. Her PR team probably were the ones that put that out there. Maybe it was a ploy thinking JD would drop the judgment to shut her up. jmo.
