I don't understand Attorney Bredehoft's obsession with the caretaker not including the bathroom in a video taken of the house... which would more appropriately be referred to as a "cottage" or "bungalow" in my lights (if not "dollhouse", lol - it's very sweetly tiny), IMO.
I mean, clearly it was taken at a time when the entire house had been cleaned and stripped, judging by the appearance of the house and the fact that the caretaker could in fact film the house at any time she chose; and there's legitimately no reason why leaving out any room should be given any credibility as being sinister in intent.
Clearly the bathroom is not the size of an Olympic swimming pool; clearly it is proportional to everything else; and Attorney Bredehoft even goes on to admit that the house is small while she's oh so intently questioning about the purpose of the "skipped" room, lol.
Also, there's nothing untoward about her making $120,000/year to run an entire estate/household (I have a pair of friends who were PA's for some Upper East Side socialites). I've known heads of human resources in companies to make six figures; though I can understand her wanting to try to convince a middle-class Fairfax County jury that it is in fact the equivalent of a Madoff-sized bribe, lol.

Heard suffered from 'multiple personality disorders'
Clinical and forensic psychologist Doctor Shannon Curry is being questioned by Depp's attorney, Wayne Dennison. She says she currently works for her own company, The Curry Psychology Group, helping individuals, families, military personnel and couples.
Dr Curry says she was initially approached by Johnny Depp's legal team to review case materials to provide her opinions for anything "either consistent or inconsistent" with the psychological science of "intimate partner violence" in Depp and Heard's relationship. Dr Curry describes that as "physical or psychological abuse, from one partner to another in an intimate relationship".
She says her role later changed, and she was asked to do "a psychological analysis of Ms Heard", evaluating a host of medical and legal documents. She says she was never asked to do a psychological analysis of Depp. She says she met with Heard in person twice in December 2021, for a total of 12 hours, to gather information.
Dr Curry now talks about a "personality disorder" and how that's a "dysfunction in the enduring traits" of someone's personality, which she says "are visible in all different facets of their life" (unlike a mental health issue such as depression, which she says is episodic and comes and goes, and with medication can be minimised or completely eradicated).
Dr Curry concludes that Heard suffered from several different personality disorders, which she says "was supported from multiple sources... One of the main tests I used were consistent with those diagnoses, which was consistent with her records and her self report".

So, basically it seems as if Jack and Lily-Rose first thought Amber might be an ally in the drying-out campaign; and that they only gradually came to realize that she was in fact an impediment?

(I’m basing this on the fact that even Attorney Bredehoft stated that the sale of the yacht was 2013; and IIRC JD’s detox didn’t take place until after JD and AH had married in 2015 (happy to be corrected at this point, as it is getting confusing, lol).)

Dr Curry now describes a long lists of traits - or primary characteristics - she identified in Heard. They include: "Minimising any personal externalisation of blame; a lot of hostility that is attempted to be controlled; a tendency to be self righteous but to judge others critically, to claim being non-judgemental but really be full of a lot of rage; a lot of inner anger and blame - which can explode out at times; passive aggressive behaviour and self indulgent and self centred behaviour; manipulative; needy and seeking approval; being highly socially sophisticated, with a capacity to reveal some of their own faults but only the smaller ones that are socially acceptable."
During these descriptions of what Dr Curry calls Heard's "code type", Heard is making notes and looks stoney faced.
Dr Curry says Heard was "the 36 code type" which includes traits of "a lot of cruelty, very concerned with their image, very attention seeking and prone to externalising blame to a point where it's unclear whether they can admit to themselves they have certain responsibilities, a lot of supressed anger which can explode out and issues within their relationships".
She also says the 36 code type is "terrified of abandonment" and will do almost anything to avoid it. She says such behaviours are "typically very extreme and very concerning to those around them". She says "the explosive anger they show" has a counteractive affect, and can cause the very abandonment they fear.

Doctor Curry says such a disorder is "a predictive factor in women who implement violence against their partner," she says "one tactic is physically assaulting and then getting hurt themselves... then using the legal system... for example using a restraining order".
Of course we know that Heard filed a temporary restraining order against Johnny Depp in May 2016.
The Doctor refers to an incident involving Heard's former friend Rocky Pennington, who Doctor Curry says told her she was "hit in the face" by Heard one day when they "were out shopping for accoutrements", despite their being no argument or issue between the pair.

Just my observations, but AH was extremely fidgety during this Psych Doc's testimony. It's understandable obviously, but the actress in her attempted to hide her true emotions. And, she was very unsuccessful. She was clearly indignant and pissed off! IMO, of course.

Does anyone know how they have all of JD's phone records and none of AH's? Or have they just not come out yet since AH hasn't taken the stand? I thought I had read somewhere that she had not turned over her phone or something like that and I'm wondering how that's legal if it was ordered by the court? I guess I'm just looking for the backstory on this if anyone knows. Thank you!

yes, Dr. curry seems to have AH down well, doesn’t she?
Prone to overt anger and cruelty (the latter of which is I certainly on display in the audio clip I referred to yesterday); bullies those she perceives as weaker or more subordinate (certainly in line with her spitting vitriol at Kate James); concerned with self-image and externalizing blame to avoid looking bad (‘you are the problem and I’m only RE-acting to your provocation, Johnny!’ Etc.)
Since no one has asked or mentioned this, I'm going to. Does her sexuality (bisexual) factor into her personality at all??
