Trial Day 10:
Tyler Hadden, LAPD is up on video for depo.
Questioning begins with AH's team, again questioned by Elaine B.
Hadden was a responding officer to the Penthouse for a Domestic Dispute. Left the scene without filing a report.

If I was a Juror I would start to realize all the peoples lives & occupations that are being grilled. All because of this spoiled, delusional nobody, jealous, liar, abuser narcissist AH.
IMO the 2 officers visit to AH home scares the defense tremendously. They can’t make it go away….bam!!!

MOO

I don’t think that went particularly well for team AH.

As well as today IMO.
Defense poking at officer Tyler is boring.
“And how many of you were standing in line to get your equipment ? “

WHa……?!

yeah, watching AH counsel reach is giving me stretch armstrong flashbacks from childhood. AH and her team just cannot find a way to make AH appear to be a DV Victim in those calls LE responded to.

They just can't get AH lies to align with the official records of these calls or the testimony of trained officers.

LOL! When I hear Elaine B's condescending and demeaning voice, I get flashbacks of my High School History teacher. Gaaahhhhh!!

That doesn't surprise me .. taking a side could definitely impact sales.

Edited to say .. I think they made it clear whose side they may be leaning towards by making their tic tok but now they've gotten a lot of messages that are making them put out this statement. IMO

I don’t know if the NBC News version of the article has undergone recent rapid changes; but Milani doesn’t actually say anything bad or committal that I could see pitching in on Amber’s side.

It’s mostly Attorney Bredehoft trying to backpedal all she is worth, in exchange for their unquestionable mistake.

Attorney Rottenborn did say the brandished compact was “THE” compact Amber used, as per NBC’s quote; and a representative of Milani did say the compact didn’t exist at that time.

“we take no point of view towards the outcome or verdict’ (admitted paraphrase on my part) said by Milani, has nothing to do with their earlier statements that the compact didn’t exist at that point in time. They’re basically (IMO) saying their compact is not the default reference for victims trying to cover up abuse; and in fact, who could blame them?

my best inference is that it’s Amber who insisted to her counsel ‘yes, yes, this is the very exact compact I used’, and now Attorney Bredehoft is stuck with trying to undo the damage.

This is just tiresome.

the display of agitation on the part of AH, does not equate to knowledge of a third party’s source of her agitation.

someone can come upon me quivering and vibrating; and they’ll have no idea why they I am so doing without visible proof of the cause.

colloquially, as Officer Haddon is fair complexioned, etc. himself, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s intimately familiar via his family of origin, with the rabbity look we in fact often get when we cry. (I’m a super ugly crier. I admit it.) Officer Saenz has also said basically everything Officer Haddon is now being grilled by Attorney EB upon.

This defense is absurd, IMO. AH ( and friends? ) called the police. They initiated the call. Upon arrival, nothing was noted, no injuries seen, no blood on the walls so to speak. AH (and company) refused to cooperate with any questions and refused to name names or press charges. And, now they want to discredit the police? I know damn well, that if they ( LE) had "bullied" there way into pressing charges and filing reports against the wishes of AH, there would have been screams of harassment. This is nonsense defense. MOO

Ugly crier here, too! Worst was when I was 13, one of my best pals was killed in a car accident (we came upon the crash just moments after it happened)... I cried so hard it caused petechiae around my eyes (which were swollen for days).

The next witness is Officer Gatlin. He was in the second team of LE visit to the Penthouse. Defense has first crack on this video Depo.

gosh, I’m so sorry. This happened to a friend of mine on a high school trip to England (before I met her), her BFF was killed on a double decker bus crash and my friend survived. It did a number on her for years, understandably

Although these law enforcement’s depos seem repetitive, they are important that all of them are saying the same. Too bad they are so drawn out by these attorneys questions.

Thank you. I'm all oldish now ;) and healed, I think my young age didn't help at that time. All that crying "almost" made me look as if I'd suffered a physical injury!

iMO, clearly she is trying to just sow random discontent in the minds of the jury; but she’s got nothing.

IMO she’d love to have us infer that the Eastern Standard employees or similar said ‘pssst… this is the house of Johnny Depp’, as they keyed the officers around through the elevator; but I’m pretty sure they would not as a general rule, lol.

it’s too bad we’ve not got an LAPD higher-up to double confirm there is nothing unusual about officers not having body worn cameras at their point in time, etc.; but maybe they’ve got a general policy against it.

For those who find the testimony of these officers boring, just remember AH provided photos of "damages" to the penthouse in 2020.

New pictures show destruction in Depp's penthouse after bust-up with Amber

also, lest we forget, the people referenced herein will also be expected to testify or tell the reason why IMO, especially the braggadocious Josh Drew (the pudgy tattooed man we’ve just seen in Officer… Diener’s? body worn camera), who claims he stood up to Jerry Judge about alleged abuse of Amber as per the Depp-hostile “Sun”; but when he has time alone with a police officer and no Jerry Judge, he having left earlier with Johnny and (per his testimony and elevator video footage, Sean Bett); freeloader Josh Drew suddenly hasn’t got a peep to spare about domestic violence…

Absolutely.
I was actually wondering if the Defense was trying to be so mind-numbing as to cause the officer to be imprecise or careless with an answer.

sometimes… sometimes IMO they plod along to ‘preserve the record’ (dot all I’s and cross all T’s) against any potential future appeal…
