Not to derail the thread further, but if you go to a scoop shop, in the fall when the have cinnamon, a scoop of cinnamon with a scoop of Viennese coffee, topped hot fudge is amazing.

I cannot get over AH claiming to be brutally assaulted with a liquor bottle “over and over again” and not have any kind of documented injuries to her lady parts. There is just no way that can be true. The bottle with the square bottom was apparently the one used.

Current ACLU on JS is double standard in sentencing, imo.

From what I have heard from a few legal eagles who have spoken about this case, the answer is more than likely No.

Can she escape being held accountable for making the statements of abuse if she is considered to be too emotionally unstable and 'histrionic' to determine truth from reality? In which case, should she not be too unwell to be brought to court in the first place?

IMO the ‘sane, famous actor’ is paid PR, lol. The Smollett family is reputedly long term personal friends with Angela Davis, who has certainly rehabbed her image IMO

And didn't the assault happen in the bar area? Why would someone take an open bottle of booze from the bar area to an office area? If they were "cleaning up" wouldn't they just dump it?

I feel like, based upon what we’ve learned about Lori Vallow case and insanity pleas at minimum (not sure about other standards), the answer is a resounding ‘no’.

In order to be deemed too insane to be responsible, you basically have to be termed incapable of understanding any aspects of the legal process, as that has given me to understand it.

As in, you can’t even answer the question ‘do you know why you are here in court’; ‘can you understand the difference between right and wrong?’ The bar is super high.

Basically if you are smart and with it enough to understand perjury and consequences, you’re sane enough to bear all responsibilities as a result of your testimony and lying.
