Gee, personally I’d be embarrassed to pose as a science nerd and then come up with some of her ridiculous biological, physics, anatomical and heck, even gravity-defying fantasy stunts as of late; but I think we’ve all seen her true colors in the shame department.

I hope EM is either watching or having them catalogued for him, because if shame is being handed out, he deserves his own share for being fooled by her too, as well as an apology to Johnny.

Is a "Parakeet Floor" a scientific term? Asking for a friend...

I agree. And as far as "Amica" cream is concerned, if she was using it, why is her bruise WORSE on May 27th? If she doesn't like to leave the house without makeup, why is she not wearing makeup to the courthouse? If she never wanted this public because it would hurt JD, why is this bruise visible from the moon? The bruise she was using Arnica Cream on supposedly since the 21st?

I don't know if those people magazine photos had meta data, but if they didn't, it makes me wonder if they were taken between May 21st and the publication of that article June 13th.
Sometimes bruises can get worse over the course of days. But that also involves swelling, something you can't cover up with arnica cream or drug store makeup. But the problem is, no one has testified that they saw a bruise, mark or swelling on her face between 22nd May and 26th May. In fact multiple people have testified to the contrary.

So, we are supposed to believe that she covered up every other day except the day she very publicly applied for the TRO and there is photographic evidence that the mark was not visible on the following day, the 28th. Which is more plausible? She just didn't wear the miracle makeup/cream on that one specific day. Or...the bruise was visible only on the 27th in order to shock the public, bolster her TRO claim and give reporters something scandalous to photograph?

I was thinking, yanno, this is the kind of thing that going to college would have helped… get a job on student staff cater-waitering at alumni/donor events in the President’s house or admin building, etc.

She’d have been a good candidate, she looks really good, elegant even, in suiting with simple clean lines; learn a little bit about fancy foods, fine furniture, rare books, admire things, ask questions, etc., and so on and so forth… water under the bridge, I guess… I mean, there aren’t even that many syllables in the word, lol.

So far Bredehoft has bastardized arnica cream and held up a compact that the manufacturers said didn’t even exist in that time frame. Wonder what other blunders will come out tomorrow as she leads Heard through her script that Heard seems to go off on her own with…

Hilariously, I just rewatched the exchange and she asks Isaac about ‘amika’ cream like seven times, lol; including an ‘asked and answered’ double repetition that could have been objected to, I guess Brown Rudnick thought it stood by itself, lol.

I have watched that ”amica” exchange with Isaac several times for a good laugh. It’s like one of those old SNL skits.

yeah, his team just let it go on and on and let it speak for itself

An interesting panel discussion by COURT TV. A lot longer than other segments, but I like that they are using different experts: one body language, one statement analysis, one voice analysis. They all came to a similar conclusion.

It's not just analyzing AH, they also examine some of JD's testimony. I think they are being pretty fair in their assessments. What do you guys think?

If we look at their past relationships, it seems that AH is the one with a history of Domestic Violence.

None of JD's past partners accused him of DV.

I think JD can be criticised for allowing himself to be lured into this toxic relationship <modsnip>. She asked for the meeting with JD, during her audition process for Rum Diaries. And I believe she had done her homework and memorised some of his favourite, 'obscure' poems ----making him believe they were destined to be together. But it was all an act. However, she seems to be a full fledged narcissist and they are hard to resist when they first target you.

I read an article about AH and her fling with E Musk. She said 'we connected because we both love science.' [eyeroll emoji needed]

Since when is <modsnip> a science nerd? Oh, I guess when she is having a first date with a billionaire scientist?
Also, I feel like I can’t stress enough, I don’t know how weak and beaten down he was by chronic pain at this point but, I have had sciatica, lumbago, etc. plaguing me since my mid 30s, and it really can do a number on you. Many is the time I have thought to myself, ‘I just want this gone, I don’t care how risky surgery is, just make my bad discs titanium’, or whatever.

interestingly enough, I will attest firsthand that I was removed from voir dire on a jury because one of the main tenets of defendant’s workers comp defense was that he was in too much pain to continue working; and they kicked out any of us who said we had ever had treatment or physio for back pain, anyone who knew how to actually read medical charts (the plaintiff’s attorney eyes really got crazed bloodlust when some lady said ‘I’m a post-op orthopedic nurse’ - G-O-N-E, lady, that renders you potentially biased specifically because you have knowledge, they only want the average or mean of the population), and I can’t remember what all, but we dropped like flies. A friend of mine had a triggering sexual event happen to her in beginning of high school, well, any sexual assault case she just stands up and boldly says, judge, this happened to me - she’s out, and so on.

In his own words...

At the May 2016 London Premier of Alice through the Looking Glass, JD was asked by a reporter if he had a message for his fans. Johnny said,

"I am scared to death. I am frightened and I don't know what to do. I'm confused. And, I want to go home."
.

Susan, body language expert on that discussion panel, enlightened me on the fact that words and body language are not in synch in the clips of AH. Something seemed so off to me, besides the dramatics and face contortions. Then you see it clearly with JD in describing the severed finger incident. He was remembering...his body language fit with his words. He reenacted the event. AH on the other hand either couldn't remember or was all over the place with her story.

My favorite, and by that I mean least favorite, part of her testimony is when she’s telling us how much she loves his kids and… she curls both her lips outwards and bares her teeth. Twice!

now, I’m no body language scholar; but it seems to me that at very bare minimum, this conveys still-active resentment that his children did not repay her favor, with the fawning attention she so seems to require.

I agree about bruises getting worse. My point was that her lawyer kept swearing by Arnica cream as if it was the end all be all to cure bruises. Her lawyer kept asking Issac if AH was wearing it all week. Well, the cream is supposed to help diminish bruises, and if she's slathering it on like her lawyer claims, why is the bruise worse? Her team sold Arnica cream and that's a question I'd like the jury to ponder.

She had me believing that this was some miracle cover-up makeup. I'd never heard of it before. She even said "wearing" amica cream, didn't she? When I researched it, I found that it seems to be a cream like a wrinkle cream or cortisone cream, meaning, it's something to be applied to alleviate a symptom or reduce it, but she made it sound like it was a makeup tarp, basically.

Since I've been unimpressed with JD's legal team, I'm not expecting anything great on the cross of AH. Hopefully, I'm wrong about that.
Keep in mind, their case is timed and when they run out of hours, that’s it. CourtTV already said that even if one of the parties is in the middle of testimony, they’re getting cut off, I hope they‘re just being judicious.

AH team has done so much objecting they’ve two hours less than Depp camp available to them, it may be working as planned.

Yes, as I saw someone recently say in a YT commentary, EB refers to it like it‘s theatrical Max Factor Pan-Cake (TM) or (as I prefer to think of it) facial spackle… it’s white. It goes on like your standard jar of Ponds.

I’d also certainly like to see some peer reviewed science indicating its having unquestionably helped anyone to heal faster than normal, and if so, how much faster.

Yeah, in her "Declaration" for this trial, there was no SA with any bottles, fingers, none of it.

If you read through this, her declaration is attached, and you won't see it. (start page 18.)

Page 22, she says, "Johnny ignored me, continuing to hit me with the back of one closed hand and slamming a hard plastic phone against a wall with his other until it was smashed into smithereens."

"To this day I still have scars on my arms and feet from this incident. Attached hereto as Exhibit 8 is a true and correct copy of a picture of scars that are still on my left arm from this incident."

My question .. where are pictures of the scars that are still on her feet? You would think that would be easy to produce.

There aren’t any scars. As shown by those photos, there was never any bloody footprints on the floors from her supposed cut feet.
