VA - Johnny Depp's defamation case against ex Amber Heard, who countersued #4

I am looking forward to trial resuming on Monday. AH has not completed her testimony, and as far as I can recall, she hasn't touched on the final May 2016 episode, when LE was finally called.
I am anticipating some serious deflection (and acting ) when she is gently lead into her story by EB. Those dastardly LE x 4 never saw her, or looked at her wearing the Miracle Amica cream , or turned on a light, or attempted to speak with her, or something... They never wrote anything down in their note-books! They never even gave her a pamphlet! Why, I even think her feelings may have been hurt, more-so than any 'injury' she might have had. The emotional trauma of not being believed!

Seriously, I am not sure how the stories of LE all wound up the same (she didn't want to talk, they saw no evidence of any injury, and she didn't want to press charges). Her reason for not actually reporting this will be interesting. I anticipate the AH classic..."I was protecting JD" "I loved him". Or...the very damaging " I was afraid of him". Yeah...that's the ticket.

All this, plus… I’m fascinated to find out how many witnesses she calls and who they are (once they get done with what should be an epic cross).

Her witness list had multiple other contact names at the LAPD, identified as sergeants etc… it certainly seems to me as if the idea was to convey that she in fact called the police ‘several times’; and if that’s not the answer, then my first thought is that EB and gang have some maggoty idea in their heads that they can get the sergeants to impeach the officers on not following protocol, which should bring the proverbial lulz since, well, I can’t imagine them saying more than an HR rep asked for a reference would say; either that, or double confirming the officers’ training.

What are depps chances of winning this case.....i so want him to have his day and it be proven that he isn't what she says.

Also i believe a SA with a bottle would cause unbearable pain...not just pressure.

I'm fully expecting at this point to be told that AH has just remembered that she suffers from a condition whereby she cannot feel physical pain,you know,a bit like Prince Andy can't sweat .

As for Johnny and his knuckles, surely it should be obvious to us all that dear sweet Mrs Depp,bless her Southern heart, shared her amica cream with him so as his wrongdoings wouldn't be discovered by the outside world?. At least not until it suited her narrative .

I'm sure she will be nothing short of appalled that any of this might need explaining to us simple folk

I know Melanie Inglessis (AH's former makeup artist) is on AH's current witness list. She testified in the UK trial that she did cover-up bruises on AH's face before the James Corden show. But, AH's stylist, Samantha McMillen testified (in the UK trial) that she saw AH throughout the day of the show and saw no cuts, marks nor bruises on her face nor anywhere else on her body.

I assume we will hear from both in the weeks to come??

I agree! And, to learn she didn't even start to turnover the "mess" (unlicensed and outdated software) of electronic data until March of this year despite a court order... tells SO much. No photo (and/or corrupted) evidence speaks louder than than a thousand words.

Clearly that’s why she wouldn’t do it… that, and she wanted access to every device in creation used by the Depp production team as well, which means she was probably trying to withhold it as a bargaining chip.

Also, her former assistant has said Amber went in and deleted all the text messages they had shared in which Amber berated her off Amber’s iCloud so, there is that. She purportedly needed time to groom the data.

Too bad Apple is Apple and wouldn’t share the records, in this instance at least.

1. mashed potatoes with spinach that AH claims was smeared all over the bedroom door and other places.

2. raw meat wrapped in her silky night gown that she claims to have found hidden all over the house.

3. writing on the walls going down the stairway.

4. the artistic peni$ that was painted over an expensive piece of artwork.

5. the clothing in her closet and the master bathtub that was covered in paint and blood.

6. writing on the mirror that she *thinks* she remembers seeing in the downstairs bathroom (the one she went to and wretched in after the SA)

7. the broken glass table and painted pillows that AH said was in the main level sitting room.

I'm sure there is more .. this is just what sticks out to me. If anyone has seen or heard about these things by anyone other then AH, please point me in the right direction

And one more thing I can't figure out .. when exactly did this happen? Saturday? or Sunday?

How come Whitney is allowed to testify when she didn't complete her deposition?, is that OK?, I am pretty ignorant on how these things work.
If she gets to call Ellen Barkin then I want to hear from Kate Moss,Winona and Vanessa at the very least!

Not sure about this because it was very confusing in the UK… IMO Ben King’s testimonies in both continents are key.

I do recall at minimum he said he found no nightgown, bloody or otherwise, nor mashed potatoes and spinach, in his appearance in VA.

some one else has said she had some sort of previous faradiddle surrounding a group Thanksgiving at Marilyn Manson’s (yes I know, lol); but had dropped it when someone found some incontrovertible proof saying this did not happen; at least, Thanksgiving has not as of yet appeared in Elaine’s timeline (and it’s been undisputed that the meal involved, at minimum, son Jack and at least one of the host’s parents).

And, well, it at least sounds like a thanksgiving meal, doesn’t it? Or like something that, I don’t know, an actress might rehearse hard ahead of time as part of one anecdote, and then not be able to unwed herself from these details while in the middle of another story, forgetting which belongs to which? But I digress; the points we need to know incontrovertibly to answer this question are, IMO:

(1) which pictures are Ben’s and which are Amber’s?

(2) what do the people on the Australia tape appear to say about broken glass and, most importantly, blood?

(3) had Ben King cleaned anything major up before he took the photos?

(4) were the fingertip searchers cleaning up as they went? If so, what exactly did they clean, and how long did they spend on it? Surely it’s not so easy to crunch round on miles of broken glass even shod; however, you can also see/agree that finding his finger takes precedence over what you have to clamber over and around.
