Did anyone see AH hugging her legal team this morning? law & crime reported it. Is she mimicking the chemistry of Johnnys team?
AH walking out before the trial was dismissed the other day was a calamitous move. They've been hugging ever since.

OK this is an algebra issue now.

Someone on the live chat has just asked if AH has peed in his bottle LOLlll

So he wore this for the staircase incident?

If you are referring to the hat, I think he might have put it on to go to the hospital, in an attempt to hide his identity for prying eyes. It looks like he has a bandana of some sort over his head, too, so the hat sits very high. This might have been the only hat quickly available.

Black T-shirt, no problem.

He's there to trash JD... he saw photographs of destroyed property and knew JD did all that mess, not AH... I felt like asking him "Were you there?"
MOO JMO

Did he just say 'I'm 59'???
He looks 89

More and more character assassination... cool ok. AH is the one screaming at JD in audio recordings, always trying to correct him. This man talking about behaviour is weird- considering his behaviour. MOO

I thought they meant the cast?

I think the presence of the hard cast was the accessory being questioned…

@wasnt_me , it’s possible but… we’ve also seen pictures of him with a soft splint on his finger, as well as the ubiquitous green dinosaur sling so, I think it depends upon when they are in the timeline, if we can say that he could have beaten Whitney with said hard cast.

"repetitive behaviours for means of control"--yes, it sounds like AH
This was my immediate thought as well, since we’ve been made aware that it wasn’t just JD that had substance abuse issues, it was also AH that appeared to be using drugs quite frequently. In my opinion he could be describing AH just as easily as JD … I believe we’ve seen or heard enough evidence to believe AH was at times violent in this relationship. We’ve also heard examples of AH liking to be in control. All JMHO from my observations.

I've had to mute my feed. Anyone else?
this guy has confirmed my belief that once the jury gets the case it will be a quick verdict. On some of the channels I listen to that have people watching the jury in the courtroom indications are 100% reported that most are "checked out" and visibly rolling eyes and other signals that AH's case is not going over well at all. I think this could be over this week.

Witness is too cerebral for an average juror. JMO

Watching the trial. I am lost.

can't recall if the audio recording taken in Australia after the finger incident wherein AH says "All I was popping was Xanax, Adderall, ecstasy, and hallucinogens." has been played at trial but if not it needs to be for this alleged expert.

Please tell me this man will be done before lunch. He likes to hear himself talk. He really just brought up Marilyn Manson lol. Professional hearsay. MOO

This man just testified that "I know Mr. Depp has a history of hurting and burning himself"

Dude, you don't know that at all, you've been told it. There is a vast difference between those two things.

In my opinion the defense has made a mistake bringing this doctor to testify to substance abuse issues and IPV … did they not realize that these same traits could also apply to their client? It will be interesting to see how the jury interprets this.

okay this is petty but did this guy not look in a mirror this morning or during break to fix that hair? Makes him look silly.

I'm hoping JD counsel will bring this up!

I think at week 6 this testimony just won’t resonate. Especially delivered by this witness. This trial has been too long! Jury has to be so sick and tired of this case by now. My God!

I'm not lost as I'm used to studying psychology / psychiatry -but- we have now arrived at a rather random conclusion as a result of this ramble that JD cut his own finger off as a result of being challenged to get sober by AH.

This is ludicrous and I cannot imagine how any of it is court admissible.
