Yes, yes she did. Maybe that was the contents of the pink post-it she was handed.

I wish I knew how the wasted time is charged
Emily d. Baker, former prosecutor, says the sidebars are charged to which ever side is causing it.

Well that was a bit of a damp squib.

ETA Did AH team manage to get any other line of questioning kicked out?
No kidding! No questions about his opinion on if the injury could have been caused by being hit by a wine bottle?

The surgery on Depp's severed finger

Plastic and hand surgeon Dr David A Kulber performed surgery on Johnny Depp's severed finger in about March 2015, the court hears.

Depp infamously wounded his finger during a row with Amber Heard while he was staying in Australia to film the fifth Pirates Of The Caribbean film out there.

The court has heard differing accounts of how the injury occured - with Depp blaming Heard and the actress saying he caused the wound himself.

Under questioning from one of Depp's legal team, Dr Kulber says the actor's finger was fractured and he had soft tissue loss, so the digit was reconstructed with a skin graft and a pin.

After the first surgery, Depp had a plaster splint on his hand, Dr Kulber says. While in the cast, Depp could not move his third and fourth fingers, he says, when asked how mobile the actor's hand was.

Asked if Depp could have "grabbed someone" with the cast on his hand, Dr Kulber said he could have "attempted" to but he is not sure how successful he would have been.

The pin was in Depp's finger for about 11 or 12 days, the surgeon tells the court, but says treatment continued after it was removed for several months.

Heard has accused Depp of being violent in LA in March 2015 following their return from Australia.

wow, the Dr. testimony was super brief. I am betting he wasn't allowed to opine on how the injury may or may not have occurred. Perhaps wasn't cleared as an "expert" of that sort. Therefore he was primarily called to hammer home the ridiculous nature of AH's testimony that he was grabbing and hitting her while in that cast.

The trashed wardrobe photo

Plastic and hand surgeon Dr David A Kulber, who performed surgery on Johnny Depp's severed finger in March 2015, is now being questioned by Amber Heard's lawyer Ben Rottenborn.

He takes the court through some photos that have already been submitted.

Dr Kulber says Depp could have caused this damage using his other hand - this damage was allegedly caused by the actor to Heard's wardrobe space in their LA penthouse in March 2015.

Dr Kulber says Depp could have hit someone with the hand he had the cast on but it would have caused damage to it, and he does not recall seeing any. He says Depp could not have formed a fist with the cast on.

She looks so stiff and cold, I bet she is fuming. She doesn't like hearing that she's just not worth paying millions. She got paid fairly. MOO

I don't think they think they are the smartest in the room. I think it comes from deep deep seated lack of self worth. I do believe they feel they are the only "real" or "valid" people in the room tho. Just as dangerous, no matter the cause of why they act as they do.
