ya got me. I am not sure if my speculation is the case or on what grounds he couldn't. Possibly has to do with the fact that prior to trial in discovery you have to list your experts and what specifically they intend to testify to. Perhaps they didn't submit him as an expert but simply as JD's treating plastic surgeon.

I've seen Aquaman on TV, in bits and pieces because it's so boring to me that I can't sit through more than about 10 minutes after Nicole Kidman dives into the water.

I guess it's how Mera was written, but the red hair really annoyed me for some reason and I don't remember anything more about AH's performance at all. There was just no connection with Momoa's character that I could see.

Momoa is just eye candy and wry smiles.

The rest of it is an overwhelming CG blur.

And I have watched other superhero movies multiple times and loved them, surprisingly to me. Ant Man, Thor: Ragnarock, Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy

It was ok but I wouldn't be hanging to see the next one,certainly wouldn't venture the cinema to watch it.

They keep saying that it was the highest grossing DC movie, but I think its important to note that DC is not Marvel and IMO they aren't comparable in terms of box office power,but that's just me.
