Even if it was one of her posse she can easily claim she had no knowledge and is shocked IMO, so I don't think she would be so worried.

Amber Heard's lawyer Ben Rottenborn returns straight to Johnny Depp's earlier testimony about his honeymoon on the Orient Express in the summer of 2015.

Before the break, he told the court that Heard hit him during the trip, giving him a black eye.

The court was previously shown a picture from the holiday, which Depp says shows him with the bruising under his left eye.

Now, Mr Rottenborn is presenting some more pictures, which were taken in Thailand just before this trip.



He says these pictures show the actor with the same mark. Depp says this is to do with the light in these photos.

Mr Rottenborn then references another version of the photo previously shown to the court, and the two are shown side by side. On the version Mr Rottenborn has presented, the bruising or shadow on Depp's face is not as noticeable.

He says this is the "exact same picture". Depp says it is "radically different quality".

"You had that same mark on your eye before you got on that train," Mr Rottenborn says.

now debating whether the glass handle amidst the broken vodka bottle glass is not a "handle" semantics. they are discussing two different types of handle as Rottenborn well knows.

One "handle" of alcohol has 1.75 L of liquor - it connotes the SIZE of the bottle
as opposed to a handle ON a bottle (which the picture clearly shows a handle from a bottle, not a bottle that was a "handle" of liquor)

that whole exchange was stupid. IF anyone on the jury has even a passing knowledge of liquor. . .

the cross is very aggressive, over whether there was a phone in the bar area or not. JD said today he didnt remember one being there and the Heard team is going after him like he is being accused of murder.
