My daughter pointed out that those text showed as incoming text. If they got those text from JD text records would that show he did not send them but received them?

It seems a lot of youtube lawyers and commentators have been talking about those terrible texts presented today that were supposedly sent/written by Johnny. It seems many of them believe the way they were portrayed today in court was not accurate....like they were incoming text, there were mulitple people on those texts, there was a group chat, etc...

It made me wonder since Johnny's team has so much time left, could they possibly find an expert of some sort to testify tomorrow to address this so it clears it up? I hate the idea of the jury being left with the impression Johnny wrote those if he really did not.

Sounds like the expert from today is the ideal man for the job? Doubtless would not have time to professional scrutinise and conduct phone forensics tho.

Re those texts:

Wouldn't the jury have access to those texts since they're evidence? They will see for themselves that JD didn't write them.
If those texts are relevant and important to the jury, the jury will study them. If they are irrelevant, the jury may simply pass them over.

In my above comment I’m talking about the 2-22-2017 text

I think one of the problems AH is going to face outside of this courtroom, back in reality, is a sudden change in temperature for her. She's been telling these (slippery) tales of woe to anyone who will listen for the last six years and no-one has challenged her. In fact they've been enabling and encouraging her. She has perceived herself as an LGBT+ and IPV, DV, SA, survivor and figurehead in the circles she's been moving and supported by.

After this trial, back in the real world, she may find it's gone suddenly a bit chilly and lonesome. People have changed their minds. People have found out the truth. People have felt compelled to publicly reach out or support JD. Even her sister must surely feel used and abused? What about her child? People are going to 'wonder' about her now.
I agree with you so much. Unfortunately she does continue to have support. She has a fandom online and they continue to believe her claims. Sadly I think she will continue to have enablers. To me when JD was testifying today, he seemed to care about WH. WH also has a newborn but I guess she would rather be at court to show support for AH? MOO

Do they show as 'incoming' as the person who he (allegedly / possibly) sent them to handed them over?

Just thinking back at trials I've watched. When Johnny was testifying today she reminded me of Jodi Aries at trial. He is lucky he isn't in pieces. jmo.

I think CV is going to cross Amber about TMZ. I think they'll cross Amber about doctoring those photos. I think Amber is going to get questioned about Australia. They have 7 hours to follow up on whether she put on a hoax. I think Amber better rethink this.

Just catching up with Vinnie on some of JD’s testimony that I missed today. He said Whitney has been getting “the dirty end of the stick” for life. A “lackey” “the punching bag” wow!! All the while AH is laughing or looking smug at this testimony.

This is so crazy! I don’t know what to think.

If nothing changes, Heard will close out the last day of witness testimony in the six-week-long trial that started on April 11. With around an hour of time left in the defense’s case and just over a week after Heard was last on the stand, the actress will be the very last witness before closing arguments start bright and early on May 27.

AH's rebuttal has to center on her counter claim. It will be interesting to see what she comes up with to link Waldman's statements to damages, prove Waldman's comments were knowingly false with the intent of malice.

Sorry AH but I will make myself busy while you spin your tales tomorrow

They are putting her back on the stand??? A colossal mistake!! This has to be at her insistence. She has to have the last word!

Cross will be brutal! I have to say if this was a criminal case and JD the defendant accused of DV I’d have to say not guilty at this point!

I'm nervous about rebuttal. She keeps over talking JD's lawyers no matter what to get her point across.

Can someone please guide me to where the links for evidence in the trial are located?
I’m not having luck on the courts website. TIA

How is he assaulting her with a bottle if he has to hold her down with one hand? None of it is feasible, IMO.
This is just so gross, but when I heard her testify to that sexual assault, she crossed a big huge flashing red fluorescent line, afaic. There is just no possibility that it happened.. she watched his arm movement going back and forth and thought he was punching her in the groin? I don't think so. In fact I know so. She would never be right again. She would have been gravely injured. She would have had no choice but to seek medical treatment. She would never have wanted him back after such horrific abuse. She said all she felt was 'pressure', and that she hadn't realized she'd been assaulted with a bottle. Wow. Really?? Unbelievable, and in fact that is because it is exactly not believable by any stretch of the imagination. The way she described everything about that night sounded like it would/should have been a blood bath. But then the photos show a few spots of blood, (possibly from her getting a tiny speck of broken glass in one of her feet). Very little glass on the floor - she said someone must've cleaned up first before the photos were taken? But yet they forgot to sweep just portions of the glass in spots scattered about, and forgot to wipe up just a few of those spots of blood in amongst allllll the others? If a woman is found to have lied about such abuse allegations, the penalty should be severe, imho.
