well from a you tube watching perspective the camera is mostly on JD...so if she has been laughing and talking at the table I have missed most of it.

Regarding the finger injury, I was wondering earlier today why he kept his hand at the table as the bottle was thrown? Wouldn’t you naturally move your arms to cover your head/protect yourself? He just sat there leaning back in the same position as the bottle flew in his direction?

i don't know details but he got in trouble yesterday and doubt he is in there today.

If she was not a LIAR why refuse to turn them over?

Bottom line, if she was telling the truth she would want each and everyone of those texts blasted from the rooftops. Because the would back her claim.

I have taken up Judy watching when they are at sidebar. I like to try to read from her expression whether things are going well for JD team or AH's in those little asides.

Still think we should send her cards and flowers. I can't imagine having to transcribe this trial. All the foul language, all the defecation, mega pints, the muffin man and everybody gets their fifteen minutes of fame.

I have to believe she will never encounter another case quite like this one.

PTSD can also be caused by childhood trauma / abuse. Did this Dr. Hughes try to differentiate? I'm assuming that she totally went off of what AH claimed about JD.

I think she did NOT administer the WHOLE Caps 5 separately, as one IS SUPPOSED TO!, to childhood trauma, she just did a current query and then just "added a question about the past" to the Caps she did on current, rather than administering it TWICE -- for different times, like she should have. My liability insurance would have refused paying in this event let me tell you.
