VA - Joseph Ryan shot, Christine Banfield stabbed, both deceased, in home - Herndon 24 Feb 2023

A message sent from the suspect Anastasia account on Fetlife on 13th Feb 7.38am (just shown in court live stream)

"I'm looking forward to meet you ... pinning down and all these stuff"

They are now showing that Brendan's car was not in the vicinity of the home at this time, but IMO this was not written by a native English speaker.

MOO

I've worked as a copy editor, and the grasp of written English even by native speakers is ... not always the best. To me, this doesn't prove much either way ...

But one would think that there would be a better grasp of written English than this by a well educated ICU nurse. JMO

All of the examples that the current experts is testifying to can be easily explained by the fact that BB and JM had control of both CB's phone and laptop during this time, probably when CB was asleep upstairs because she had to get up early to get to work at 7 AM for her job as an ICU nurse.

I am not tech savvy but....

My devices are synced by Google.

My alternate devices are not actual lines, no SIM cards, but work on my wifi.

I can and have used multiple devices simultaneously, most notably to post on WS on one device while simultaneously livestreaming the corresponding trial on another.

My Google history is synced.

Who's to say CB wasn't doom scrolling on her cellphone while JM and/or BB were active on her laptop?

Recently a man was found guilty of murdering his wife, incriminating Google searches were located on his son's iPad. The murderer made those searches on his cellphone, deleted them, but they were preserved in the history on the synced iPad.

IMO this is why CB's personal history intersects usage that didn't come from her.

JM herself said CB left her bag and laptop by the door.

Which is where JM got it... and used it. At the very same time CB was using a different device to make mundane searches.

I am Encyclopedia Brown and I just solved the Case of the Lying Laptop.

if this defense attorney says "ladies and gentlemen of the jury" one more time I might have to mute him.

It's like he's padding his word count.

Lunch break.

"Courts Indulgence" was new to me. It must be a Virginia thing. My fellow jurors decided that we would count the number of times it was said in court by each side and we would compare the numbers at the end of the trial to see who said it the most.

That photo. There goes my lunch.
Posting those photos and the comments accompanying them and other lovey comments she made online while CB was still alive shows how clueless JM actually is and just how easy it would have been for the CW to destroy her testimony had she not been a witness for the CW.

Remember that he’s a former Fairfax County prosecutor. He knows exactly what he’s doing. Either that or if I were his family member, I would have some serious concerns…

It appears to be a gym bathroom/locker room selfie to me. Yes definitely not taken with the intent of setting up a profile pic. for a fetish website, IMO. Note the doll sitting on a shelf that can be seen in the mirror image, Also as a woman, IF I were wanting to take a “sultry” photo of myself, I would have zoomed in more to eliminate all the background (ie locker room/ doll etc….). I’d heard/seen that they regularly took cruises with other couples, so my best guess is she was trying on/bought a new suit in anticipation for an upcoming cruise (seeing as how this was in late January so assuming she was NOT looking for her summer suit that early in the year).

On CTv they said that she CB sent that pic to BB because she had just purchased it. I have not seen a further report on that.

Funny you say that because there's something about him that I find very strange and bordering on creepy that I have yet been able to put into words.
What you got?

If you are interested in seeing the various exhibits onscreen, a focus on JPM’s letters from jail at link

If this is not strategic my thought was some type of cognitive impairment. Jmoo.

What about this circumstantial evidence?

No risque searches were found on CB's devices.

During the 2 trips when BB & JM were out of town there was no activity on the CM fetish account, the email address and the telegram account.

Same! I haven’t looked into his background though, I guess he could have a successful history. At this point in this case, he is underwhelming.

  • "May I beg the court’s indulgence for a moment?"
Is a common phrase used daily in courtrooms across America.

I’ve heard it out West, too. Mooo.

That "there was no catfishing' is a bold conclusion when IMO the TRUTH is that, if catfishing occurred, he doesn't know how they did it.
