During the 2 trips when BB & JM were out of town there was no activity on the CM fetish account, the email address and the telegram account.

It's diabolical and I don't doubt that he got a diabolical thrill from both the killing and the scheme.

If someone were to set up a spouse to be killed as if by an unwitting third party, and specifically to not be caught, these are exec the findings I expect LE he find.

Did they show what he did there?
Drive-through, went inside?
Ordered coffee? breakfast?
Remained in his car?

I ask because the defense just showed the image of BB's car in the parking lot at 7 + am the morning of 2/24 and that was it.

In the Delphi trial, the Defense tried really hard to suggest that the victims and their phone magically left the area where their bodies were found, even though the phone registered no additional movement, and belabored a point that the phone registered activity after the point at which the victims were likely murdered.

The State collapsed the Defense witnesses handily. The cellphone was wet. Wet phones behave unpredictable.

The reason I bring up this example: I hope the CW quickly debunks this entire, tedious testimony.

BB and/or JM deliberately used CB's device in a strategic attempt to frame her and not themselves.

The judge can put a stop to this by instructing the defense atty to ask specific questions instead of these general "what if anything is significant about this?" questions. This is ridiculous and he's had the weekend plus 2 business days to get himself together. I've seen judges do that to attorneys. Judge Hankinson during the 1st trial of Magbanua and Garcia repeatedly admonished defense counsel for asking repetitive questions etc. So I know the judge has the authority to do it. Why would a judge allow a lawyer to waste the jury's time like this? Potentially boring the jury into a confusion coma.

It was in earlier testimony. He had started to create the routine earlier in time. Day of went through drive through twice and then went inside and was in bathroom for 7 min. All in video exhibits on court website with times except routine part was JPM testimony. Jmooo.

That "there was no catfishing' is a bold conclusion when IMO the TRUTH is that, if catfishing occurred, he doesn't know how they did it.

Going to the bathroom/showering isn't the only reason someone might step away from their phone. "Hey, Honey, can you grab me a beer?" He only needed her phone for a second for two-party notification.

It is clear -- and I'm pleased that the State made the point -- CB was planning a vacation. Her swimsuit photo fits into that.

And while BB was leading CB to think there was a real vacation in her future, he was using his LE training to manipulate her devices. He was motivated to make it look like she was the agent (behind the account, searches, etc).

The Defense is now taking its own wheels off.
