Agree. The only talking Christine did was before she was stabbed when she warned Brendan that Joseph had a knife told Juliana to call 911 after Brendan shot Joseph.

I picture Christine's shock and horror when Brendan then began to stab her, and her pleading for her life and asking why.

There is a reason defendants avoid taking the stand. But he made the decision to do this, and I think he thinks he's doing great.
