He is going window by window, telling us why they wanted triple pane windows.

He just said all the window stuff was prior to any relationship with JM.

He says he made a comment to JM about the windows being the reason his neighbors didn't hear the gunshots.

Once again, too much talking.

The prosecution started this court day saying they want to call a rebuttal witness (T. Patrick Smith) after hearing the defense testimony yesterday. Any information on this witness or what he will testify to?
As far as I know there has been no release of the names of witnesses that may testify for the CW & defense.
Smith obviously wasn't on the CW's radar and we have no idea who else they'll be calling.

The ultimate would be if Smith was a work buddy who BB complained to about his marriage and the search engine results I got (1) raised a question not answered one,
imo

This isn't helping him. Whether the windows were part of long range planning, he'd have been keenly aware he could fire a gun in the house without it being loud outside.

Smirk returned when BB spoke about JM having been in his bedroom when he used the safe.

I was a live-in nanny the summer before college. Granted, I didn't have an affair with the father or plot a murder, but there is NO WAY I would've stayed in the violent situation, no way would I grab a gun.

My thoughts would be 100% on the child, my own safety, and getting help.

This is nuts.

I admire CB's parents self-control listening to what had been their son in law lie through his clenched-jaw teeth.

Ha! Yesterday the State asked the (digital forensics defense) witness if he could know what everyone was doing, suggesting CB and BB could have been sitting at the kitchen table together.

BB just said they were in the living room together while having that discussion!

You fulfilled your job duty because that is what a normal nanny does.

Do you think his father knows that he is lying?

Lord.

"I don't remember much about her phone that day [when they were talking about resorts]. I remember she was using her laptop."

Geez, all his answers are attempts to explain away evidence!

I should have asked first. Are those  his parents? I thought they were CB's. They look utterly distraught.

Did he just say 'the sounds Lily made outside when she wanted to come in'? How coyote anyone hear that with the magic windows?

He recorded this WHY??????

Defense: did you have any knowledge that CB was on fetlife?

BB: no

Yeah, because she was never on it.

Defense is trying to dodge objections to elicit testimony from BB that she was interested in sexual violence and harm.

He is lowest of the low.

Ugh. He just testified he wanted sex more than she did, and that explains the affairs. His, sure. Goes contrary to his claim that she was having affairs.

He's shameless.

Says he never wanted to hurt his wife, but he seems to be enjoying hurting everyone listening to his testimony today. I think he likes all this. He his re-living it, hurting her, hurting her family, shocking the jury and public.

Trained officer didn't know he'd shot JR in the head.

Right.

And here we go with cross.

Buckle in.

BB's only regret, that he didn't shoot JR earlier.

WOW.
