I’m guessing that it might be to counter BB’s testimony that he had a very important meeting on Feb 24th, that if went well, could put him on the path to a promotion to “senior” agent. He went on at length how much effort he had put in to the assignment, implying that he wouldn’t schedule this meeting for 9:30 at his home office and then throw in a double murder earlier that morning. MOO.

I think the judge is saying you can't have the charges separate for aggrevated because that requires two murders.

I think they will straighten it out. It needs to be clear to the jury and it sounds like they need to fine-tune a flowchart for the jury to follow.

I sure hope so. I’m not real impressed with the prosecutor. This could have been much more compelling and dramatic.

Like when BB said that he moved Joe with his toe. Let’s see the toes to show that it is impossible to move a large man with “a” toe.

The case does not soley rest on her testimony. The defendant's testimony was damning itself. jmo

Her testimony was supported by forensics and 911 calls imho.
