Yes it does seem that the RV lot and the purse being found there and the basketball players seem to be the last real clue. So if we take the best clue..the aforementioned..and work from that what do we have?

She left the concert..kissed one of the friends goodbye which makes me think they weren't argueing. She left the venue..after some bathroom and a falling incident. She then left the JPJ area wandering into the night...was she meeting somebody? Did she want to go back in or was she..gone. Then she is with three basketball players and her purse is found there. I would say at that point somebody did not want her using that phone and they took the battery out of the phone. I am not sure Morgan ever left that area of her free will. I too can't imagine a perp returning a phone and purse to her last sighting. And unless the perp was one of the basketball players how would they know where she had been last???

"According to Lt Radar, the basketball players, whom they were able to identify and speak with, left the area at 9:20PM in separate vehicles, stating Morgan was still there when they departed."

Sorry I am not buying this. I do not believe three good people would leave a beautiful young lady in the middle of nowhere in the dark when it is cold. One of them would have taken her someplace..either back to the stadium or over to the shopping center. They would not all drive away and leave her alone. Nopers.

Is there anyway anyone would be willing to fax Morgan's flyer to me tomorrow ? I wanna post it up there but have no way to print it from there. I can make copies of it to put other places arround fredericksburg. I have not seen any posted arround here and if the Orange county siting is valid then I believe there should be some posted.

Yea, and the pocketbook being in the area the bball players talked to her is very odd.
I just don't think she intentionally left it there, and no way someone accidentally drops their entire pocketbook and doesn't realize it.
I mean, it's not like she was carrying a lot of things so that a dropped pocketbook would go unnoticed.

Are the hitchhiking sightings credible? Would LE put something like that out knowing it's probably not true?

I guess I could see the players leaving her if she wanted a ride out of town, but they were not going anywhere but back to the dorms or an apartment in the area, and maybe they invited her to a party or come with them, and she declined.
I'm not saying they did anything, but they were the last to speak with her and she disappeared ten minutes later.

I still think if the bball players know NOTHING else they would release a statement to NOT cause more of a cloud over the team!

not saying they are guilty.. but they may know something that they are not proud of

Is there a practice schedule for the UVA Mens Basketball Team. I am wondering if they would practice on a Saturday night. If not..what were they doing there? I am wondering if this was a planned meeting or coincidence? Did Morgan know where she was going and met them there by choice or was she stumbling and in a way that she just ended up there?

They probably practiced... I actually know college basketball players who usually practice every day but Sunday.

But, could have been working out... or scrimmaging...

where would she be hitchhiking to?

where would she be hitchhiking to?

1. If rational and not running away from it all, somewhere she wouldn't need her car but would expect to get it back (e.g., JMU, local crash pad, or unnamed hotel where they're all planning to spend the night, Roanoke or Blacksburg with roommate driving MH's car back) or somewhere (e.g., local party) with an expectation of walking or being brought back to meet up with her friends for a ride.

2. If irrational, anywhere.

Maybe after meeting the basketball players they assaulted her and she tried to run and dropped her purse in a struggle after which she runs to the bridge thinking she'll be okay if she finds other people, noone ever comes along and the bb players abduct her? Maybe that's why she was hitchhiking because she felt it would be safer to hitch a ride than to stay around those guys. Maybe she was scared. Do you think it was possible that that would have been the brightest route( in terms of light) back to civilization so she went that way instead of going back to the concert? Hastily thinking because she was afraid fro her life?
Also maybe they teased her too by taking her battery so she couldn't call anyone?
It could have started out slightly innocent and turned into something very different. I think someone needs to look at the bb players more. JMO.
I wonder if she knew one of the bb players and thats why she told her friends she would find a ride. Just because you think you know someone doesn't mean you truly know them.

Is there any proof yet that Morgan was at the concert?

Hello All!! I am having issues with the Sarah Snead interview...for some reason on my computer there is sound at the beginning but when she starts to speak on camera- there is no sound. I cannot hear her at all. I admit, sometimes I can read lips, but I'm not that good! LOL....Anyway, does someone have a link to the interview where they know the sound works? This is odd b/c my computer has never had a problem before and sound works on other aps etc.

I was thinking this morning how quickly we shifted away from BB players to the hitchhiking ... so I'm glad discussion has returned to BB players and their interactions. Again, if the BB players are the witnesses that saw the hitchhiking, is it credible? Did the bank cameras see something or is this misinformation designed to lull witnesses?

28+ days .... nothing

I'm going to say something that seems obvious now- MH was probably abducted by a lone male, all the other scenarios involve groups of people(the friends, the basketball players, the 4 guys) by this time one member of one of those groups would have cracked and told what they know.

I'm wondering if it was one person out of those groups who is the involved party, but since he/she has not told all the others what happened, they can't come forward. jmo.

Let's remember, too, that LE has not come forward with any reports of a struggle, including how the purse was reported when found. Unless it is true that one strap was ripped? Have seen this reported elsewhere by a member of the community search party.

Also, it is now my belief from reading elsewhere that the bridge is typically closed some of the time around some JPJ events. Was it closed that night (have heard that it was) and was it reopened by the time MH was reported hitching there? Or was she actually at the intersection, and no longer on the bridge?

Good question? Where's the video footage of her entering and leaving the venue? Possibly also of her with the head wound and pacing around outside. If witnesses claim they saw her the video surveillance would corroborate that as evidence not just witnesses word.
They are holding this close to their chest. Why?
Why not release info to help find her?

With no FBI closing in and very little information coming out and no searches that I hear of other than friends gathering to do some looking my conclusion is that they have just about everything they need except..sorry to say...a body. That is the last piece in the puzzle. If they don't find it before an arrest the perp will lawyer up and we may never know Morgans fate.

I had hope for a long time she just went off or took some time off. I never believed she was being held..don't know why just didn't.

If they reveal their hand before they find her then her family will never have closure on their beautiful daughter and sisters fate and that is the cruelest of futures for all of them.

I don't see why the "3" BB players are lumped as "one"....they each had a car
what if ONE of them came back for Morgan...without the knowledge of the others?

Have they searched their cars? Why no more info on this??

I think the LE and family have downplayed Morgan's condition...it sounds more and more like she may have been impaired

I also question the friends....what is the real story here?? why did a friend have her keys?? why did she leave the arena??

when she called the so called "friends" didn't anyone question WHY she was outside the gates??

This case has odd earmarks of "tip toeing" around ...I hope the LE is doing some hard questions here

There are no video camera's setup inside or outside the venue, and it wasn't a head wound, according to LE, she fell/slipped and cut her chin on something.

As far as the pocketbook, if it were the only thing she was carrying it's hard for me to believe that she accidentally dropped it and didn't notice immediately, unless she was out of it.
Anything is possible, but most women would recognize if their pocketbook fell off their shoulder/back while walking.
