The mormon missionaries are about the best America has to offer. Young, fit, smart men who give up time in their young lives to provide mission services. What strong characters.
Shame on you, Details. Really. Rethink your position.

I know most of you know the Mormon missionaries as the young men who wear white shirts and ties and are normally riding bicycles but I bet many of you didn't know that they also spend at least 4 hours a week doing community service and that is a minimum. Normally it is way above that amount. I did a little search to see if I could find any mention of service provided by these fine young men and here are a few that I found.

Nearby, landscaper Guillermo Mandujano and several employees were filling countless sandbags and lining a wall of a large building overlooking the river.
Two Mormon missionaries were walking by when they saw the men at work and offered to help. Dressed in a white, short-sleeved dress shirt and tie, Greg Cook said he'd never filled sandbags before, but the North Carolina resident didn't mind.
"I knew I'd be giving some kind of service when I came here," he said.

Theresa Hamilton held her back straight, gripping the broad sides of a brown mare with her legs for balance. The 25-year-old Oakdale woman clicked her tongue at the horse, then looked down at the young men who walked slowly on either side of the animal.
She smiled broadly.
Hamilton is a client at Hold Your Horses -- a therapeutic riding academy in Oakdale --
and she is benefiting from the volunteer help of young Mormon missionaries who devote several hours a week to the facility.

Four young men spent most of Friday trying to help some neighbors in need.
Decked out in sweatshirts, jeans and work gloves, they used chain saws to cut down a mammoth section of a century-old oak tree that fell onto Bobby and Catherine Hall's home during this week's ice storm.
The four, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, noticed the damaged home and its crushed front porch while driving to the store
