“Stealing food”. Reminds of Devonte in the case from Oregon with all the adopted kids. We know how that ended. Don’t scr@w this up CPS! As for the “mother”, minimum five years chain gang. Hard labor. Put all those kids in a safe haven.

The face of evil.

I always cringe when I see a parent accusing a child of 'stealing food' - like it's the child's house too, and if they're hungry, that's on you, the adult
maybe if they had been fed properly, they wouldn't have resorted to 'stealing' and hiding food JMO

OMG she put the child in the handcuffs Sunday evening. The child was still in them when they escaped and ran to the neighbors on Monday morning. What the heck is wrong with people. And yeah, STEALING food. as if the kiddo has no right to food so to take some means stealing.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court, the juvenile was able to slip the handcuff off of her right wrist, allowing her to leave her home and go to a neighbor’s home for help.

“According to her, her mom, later identified as Laura Southworth, had put the handcuffs on her wrist because she was stealing from her brothers,”
