We need to start taking animal abuse seriously and dole out sentences
that are harsh. We here at the forum see it all the time. The public needs to be made aware of what is going on.

It needs to stop. Stiffer penalities need to be afforded to these monsters that
abuse our animals, our defenseless pets.
