They pulled samples from the stain in the trunk and those areas tested positive for being blood. @ABC13News

Czernicki now saying that after searching the trunk, they started to search the backseat. But before doing that, he saw the passenger rear tire which appeared to be blood. He collected a sample of that. @ABC13News

Interesting to watch Eisenhauer's expression as the shovel is unwrapped. He looks like a kid with his hand caught in the cookie jar to me.

Longtime lurker and thank you to everyone posting updates. I wanted to mention, as a local, I have never heard it referred to as the "cross country pond".
Locally and on campus, is almost exclusively called the "duck pond".

Both my kids attend/graduated from VT (Keepers was actually in the same dorm as my son) and both agree they've never heard that reference.

It strikes me as something exclusive for this case.

There's something a little icy about him. Lacking in emotion, imo.

I saw on a video yesterday and another one today when he entered the courtroom after lunch, that he has walked in with both his fists loosely clenched.

Did anyone else see that? At first I thought he was handcuffed until he was seated, but today I saw he clearly wasn't.
