Such a darling, innocent child. I hope none of the rumors are true, and yet the thought of accidentally falling into a sewer and drowning is just as heartbreaking. Gosh this sucks!!!!

I was with my Dad today when I heard the news. We both sat crying. My Dad is dying. Yet as he said, he has had the chance to live, to have kids, grandkids, and watch them grow up. Little Noah didn't even get to grow up. Totally sucks. So unfair!!

The only way we will know how it happened is if we are given details and stats and measurements of the/to the septic tank. And the relationships in this young boy's life. A study of his demeanor and how much he trusted others. Many a stealthy grooming depraved sort may lay hidden in the 'country' as it were. Was that the stairs to the house, and their trailer in the background? I'm wondering what they were looking at under those stairs. Several people here have mentioned Pokemon cards. What's the connection here? Do the investigators believe he also had those when he left the house?

I have never been so grateful for Websleuths as I am tonight, when we can have a discussion around what might have happened that is not filled with hateful comments and rumors.

As for his mom sleeping - I am not a parent and can't say what I would have done. However, keep in mind that sleep deprivation is also dangerous. People who are chronically sleep deprived are at greater risk for accidents (including falling asleep behind the wheel), illness and bad decisions (ie, losing your temper with your kid over a minor issue). One mom falls asleep and the unsupervised kid has an accident, another one is exhausted and crashes the car. No great solution here.

I hope this turns out to be an accident. People can learn from accidents. The horror of someone intentionally killing a child is much harder to comprehend.

Yea it does not look like is under the trailer. The steps are the wooded steps on the back/side-ish area of the house. The tents was set up in the yard ,up on a hill it appears from the trailer.. I have been looking at all the photos I can find. I am confused

I am also, I'm just wondering the shape of any old septic tank and what kind of cover it had. Boys love to investigate and jump on things. I'm hoping it doesn't involve other children, I just think that might've come out already.

That's what I'm thinking, and I wonder if that driveway is where the dogs lost the scent. If they traced him to around the septic tank, but didn't pick up his scent where he was for the obvious reasons of it being a septic tank.

The angle and the trailer being downhill from the house makes it hard to figure out.
You have to know the trailer is there almost to find it from the road . I think Le might have mentioned something cryptic along those lines on Monday.Just a guess. That tank is close to the house.

I'm not being disrespectful to the family, we're all upset, they're grieving and won't be reading here tonight. I've just read so many horrible things about the mother today and tonight, I really want to put this together in my mind, because I don't believe they were involved. I wish we knew what kind of opening and covering this tank had.

I know, probably the only way we'll find that out right now is if the neighbors are interviewed or in the comments. After today I don't hold much truth is most of the comments, they were wrong about a number of things. I'm not sure if the neighbors will talk about it if LE has asked them not to since it's being investigated.
