Could is wait be fingerprints on the septic tank lid?
They would have so many new and old prints on it.
Every print would have to be checked out?
That could take time..........
finger printing so many people and processing, gloves used?
That would be major evidence IMO

I agree with you 100%.
I've been upset about this case since the day Noah went missing.
I am so upset that his little body was found in a septic tank.

I, REALLY pray, that. Somehow, this was a terrible accident And Noah went searching around, while his Mother was napping, and found an open
septic tank that, beside the terrible smell, He just...had to dive into and drown.
There is another side to this story.
WHAT if Noah was killed at his home, then dumped into the sewer??

I have became so involved in this & to me something just doesn't feel right. It is going to be hard for me to sleep tonight anticipating the cause of death tomorrow (hopefully they will decide to at least give us that much). In my opinion I just don't see how it could be an accident, we had a septic tank for a few years, and I don't think my 5 year old would've been able to access it and in the even that he would've been able to I highly doubt he would WANT to go inside of it. BUT at the same time I just feel like putting your child in a septic tank would be strange as well, aren't parents usually more... loving (for lack of better wording) when it comes to hiding a body. I'm up and down about it. I can't wait to hear the facts.

Did anyone find out if anyone lived in the white house now and who? Was it vacant?

If my child dies, it would be no obituary. I would not like to share him with the world. My child, even dead, is mine, and it's no one's business but our family's what he was like in intimacy.

I'm surprised by this. Not disagreeing or saying it's bad, but I've always seen people wanting to share as much as they can about their loved ones, because they want them to be remembered. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, because it's always good to see a different point of view.

I keep thinking if this was truly an accident why wasn't the cause of death reported immediately? Why the wait? Anyone else thinks this is an indicator that it wasn't accidental?....That's how my mind is working.

some of us thought that is where Heather Elvis was hidden................IIRC LE did drain and search several in Fla

Think how long it took to find Erin Corwin' s body in an abandoned mine shaft in Southern California last summer.

I guess I didn't think about that. I can't wrap my mind around any of it. I'd be an awful detective!

I am so suspicious, I would have half the town listed as a POI or a suspect, or have the local officers do all the pending warrants in the county so we could eye-ball and interrogate everybody that ever got a speeding ticket or any other crime! I would get kicked out fast!!

Just because the sheriff knows cause of death doesn't mean he knows whether it was accidental, right? For example, if the cause of death turns out to be drowning, that doesn't mean someone didn't somehow force him in there.

Thanks to Meemaw12 & all the rest of you WSers who are helping me wind my way through this case. I have dreamed about septic tanks for 3 nights in a row. If I do it one more time and tell DH, I think he will take my kindle And the power cord to the computer to work with him tomorrow! I have learned more about septic tanks since Thursday afternoon than I had known in the previous 49 years.

Completely OT, but I love your siggy. A Prayer for Owen Meany is one of my all time favorite books.

O/T. After I first read it, I did a cross stitch piece with that quote on it that still hangs in my bedroom today.

You're right about those plastic lids, it's ridiculous and shouldn't be legal. I had no idea, as most people, I've only seen concrete covers. As everything now just as cheap as they can get it. I don't know what happened here, I think if it was an accident the Sheriff would've had a presser, but we'll probably find out tomorrow, one way or another.
