Does rumours include news people answering questions on Twitter? Like their own understanding and thoughts? I have something interesting to share but it might be considered a rumour. It's something a newscaster said on their Twitter account.

That should be fine to post, IMO, because it's from a reporter.

Funeral is open to public and details are on the FB page if anyone is interested. His sister's age is clarified in the same comment thread.

Why would they panic if they aren't at fault and the child had a genuine accident?

Imo, anytime a dead child is found discarded in a swamp of some other place hidden away the parents knows they are responsible for their murder. Only murderers or abusers have the wherewithal to throw children away like garbage to rot. IMO

Imo, CA is a psychopath and that is why she could do this and it not even faze her.

Because they have had bad prior experiences with LE or other authority figures and , even those this situation is different, those old responses can rear their ugly heads in a moment of stress, panic, fear, guilt, etc.

Thank you for your text.

I was becoming mad about 'parents' discharging their children's bodies because they have a reputation to keep. NO WAY.
Any normal Mom or Dad would be completely distraught and their reputation and self preservation would be the last things they had in mind if na accident took the life of their son or daughter. Having or not other children. All they would want was to call emergency as even seeing their baby was dead they wouldn't believe it and were hoping somebody could revive them again.
After they would grieve and mourn all life long until the day they too died :(

This is mother and father's unconditional love. And in second place morality, good values, decency and honesty too, of course.

HOW COULD A LOVING PARENT GET RID OF THE BELOVED BODY OF THEIR CHILD''''

Just a note on kids wandering off... I've been following this case since the get-go. I have a 5 year old girl with sensory processing disorder and oppositional defiant disorder. She's gotten quite a few serious talks in the last several days about leaving the house or even so much as opening the door for any reason.

A few minutes ago, my husband (off for the week) went into his office to lay down. I ran upstairs (baby sleeping) to go to the bathroom and grab some work to do while she and I watched a movie. Both of us told her to stay put, where in the house we'd be, etc. Within 5 minutes, I walk out of our room to look down the stairs to her quietly unlocking the front door.

She stumbled over her excuse, but said she "didn't know where dad was" and acted like that was reason enough to directly disobey us.

Two weeks ago, she wandered off from t-ball practice in the time it took me to step out of my car (parked in clear view of the field, with me watching) - maybe 30 seconds of me not looking, and by the time the coach chased her down, she was nearly half a football field away, wandering near a lake. Excuse? "I didn't see you." Despite being told clearly before practice, "I will be right here in the car because your brother is sleeping. Stay with your team when practice is over and I will get out and call you to the car."

And our repeated "if you get lost or can't find us, find a police officer or fireman or a lady with kids and ask for help" talks clearly didn't sink in.

Point is, kids are sneaky and fast. Things really CAN happen as soon as you turn your back. And given that my 5 year old rebel can pick locks, I also wouldn't put it past one to unscrew bolts that had loosened on a tank lid.

I'm still up in the air on this one, but just wanted to point out just how fast a kid that age can get into trouble.

This case is so utterly heartbreaking to me. I have a little guy in my life, my nine year old son, and he's a real cutie pie like Noah seemed to be. I have the utmost sympathy for everyone who is dealing with Noah's passing, especially his family and all of his little friends.

We have churned certain topics over and over and over again: septic tanks, sod/no sod, timelines, sleeping when kids are awake, etc. without any additional information from LE to really give us anything to go on. :deadhorse:

If we take out the possibility of the parents being involved, take out the possibility of another child being involved and take out the possibility of Noah's curiosity getting the best of him...

Could another person, an adult, have been involved? Without being a too convoluted scenario, is there a circumstance that could have occurred that Sunday morning which would have resulted in Noah ending up in the septic tank? It seems like a far-fetched idea to me (and maybe most of you, too) but it's one we could explore.

If so...I don't see that person being a passer-by. They'd have to be close enough to see Noah in his yard that morning (maybe know his habits). I'd think it would have had to have been planned and the septic tank prepped to be opened quickly so that as little time as possible was taken hiding Noah's body. Could that be done in the daylight? How very risky, IMO. How could one be sure that the mom wouldn't pop her head out the door at any minute calling for Noah? Or how could the killer be sure someone else (another neighbor or a passer-by) wouldn't see them?

I'm just thinking out loud and wanted to see if anyone else has been thinking of how viable another possible scenario could be.

I agree. This family was also related to someone who was convicted of a horrible crime in the area. In the beginning, there was a lot of concern based the family relationship. This is a small town---people "know" or think they know a lot about each other. Some things may be true and some may be false.

Where is the link to them being related? I haven't seen anything about that.

There is no MSM link which is why it was removed. However people in the community have said yes, they are related. Anyhow, it is not relevant.

IF it was someone close by, they could have placed him in there in the darkness. And maybe he was placed there to point blame at the parents?

But it was light when Noah went missing, according to the timeline provided. Could it have been done in the daylight without being seen by someone?

The cases are quite rare when you have an accidental death and someone chooses to make it look like a homicide. The cases of accidental drownings in septic tanks heavily outweigh accidents made to look like homicides.

Noah's parents are obviously not living a high profile lifestyle nor do I feel their reputation was a big concern to them. They weren't into climbing the social ladder, imo. They were more into climbing to reach the 2 car family status it seems.

Maybe it is not considered a high lifestyle in your neck of the woods, but when people grow up in abject poverty with crappy parents, this may indeed be a step up for them, a major generational change. I know nothing of these parents and don't know if that applies here but I know people for whom this is true. There are people in my county who heat their homes with kerosene and firewood and have no running water. I also know people living in million dollar mansions.

That's not accidental, it's murder. The child died in the commission of an assault.

I highly doubt, in the end, it would be prosecuted or pled to as premeditated first degree murder.

What the legal charges may be may not have anything to do with what people discussing it may consider a partial or complete accident with unintended consequences.
It is up to a Mod what is discussed about the family, but it is my understanding if LE has not pointed in their direction then we are not to insinuate their involvement in Noah's death. I am not clear about what you are saying though.

(OT/ Sorry about your son. Wish you both the best.)

Are we conjecturing beyond evidence presented? I hope not.

Here is the link to the Florida case. I know someone asked hours ago, but my son getting chemo had appts. with neurosurgery and endocrinologist. Sorry it took so long.

The case you linked is such a terribly sad one. Every time someone mentions that Noah looks so happy and healthy on this thread an image of Ahizya's smiling face pops into my mind. I know it's only one picture, but still.

I'm sending heathy, healing thoughts your way, Wendy. I hope you son is well soon.
