JT has other children as well.

She has been charged with neglecting three of her children – a six-month-old, a two-year-old, and a three-year-old.

I have no idea where the baby is that she burned severely (by setting on a hot stove) in 2010? Anyone know? Our government needs to stop awarding these women money every time they have a baby to abuse. It's got to stop somewhere.

I have to say... Even if it was an accident on JT's behalf it wasn't an accident when she put him in the garbage. (If she is the one who did this.) Tampering with a corpse is still a horrendous crime and I hope the guilty party suffers greatly because of it. That poor baby didn't deserve that... And his brothers and sisters are left suffering the knowledge of how their brother was treated in his death.. Just saying IF his death was an accident... If not well.... I think it wise to keep my opinion to myself in that possibility.

Long post, I apologize:

I am a psych Registered Nurse and I have worked with CPS in my state involving many different children. First, I do believe CPS workers often have too many cases assigned to them so I fear there are not enough “pop in” visits that would show them a more realistic picture of what these children are living in, and how their parents are actually taking care of them.

Second, I would be curious to know how many children end up injured or killed at the hands of the parents they were returned to, in effort to keep natural families together. Additionally, how many kids that were put back with unfit natural parents end up attempting suicide due to their past and present living conditions? IMO, those numbers combined rival or are probably much higher now than the percentage of kids that attempt suicide that are in foster care.

While sterilization may be a human rights violation, people having babies that they don’t want to, or won’t, care for is a human rights violation for the children involved. They have rights too. It shouldn’t take multiple kids being abused and neglected for our system to realize that certain people are not going to change or become the parents the children deserve and need.

There has to be changes in our culture, politics, and the procedures of these agencies that protect innocent children. It’s obvious by the number of cases like Noah’s that our system is failing these children. When we all hoped for the best on here, but expected the worst early on about Noah, it was an indication that this has come to be almost expected in cases like this.

This has been seen too many times because too much emphasis has been placed on natural families staying together and ensuring that people have the right to keep having children (though they haven’t proven they can take care of the ones they already have). It’s hard to agree with these systems and beliefs for me. I pray there are changes made before we gather on here again, praying and hoping for the best for another Noah.

This is exactly what I was trying to get across/even understand in my previous post. SOMETHING has got to change. These babies have rights too! What about the babies? It is so heartbreaking to read about these cases every single day and see missing kids (some never are located) and others found in garbage cans, rivers, ponds and you name it. I could not work for CPS, I admit it. My nephew is a police officer (for years) and the hardest part of his job is NOT the life or death situation he faces every day. It is coming across these children that are abused by their seed/sperm donors. He has silently and secretly had to attend classes to deal with his depression due to his lack of resources to save these little ones.

If a woman is convicted time after time of abusing her children, her child has been killed, etc. , she is usually let out of prison when everything dies down and on she goes. More children and the vicious cycle begins again with little tiny, helpless victims. The only place to stop it is where it begins. What about babies/children's rights? So sad. I keep seeing that little face and those innocent eyes.

wow! Thank you for sharing this article. It helps to understand more of what they have been dealing with as well. (Not that I think we didn't already know). The information she gave on the other 9 siblings was reassuring to see. I'm glad they are all safe and loved. Hopefully they will continue to be.

Nevertheless, we are now prepared to speak out and explain our position on why we have remained in the background until now. Additionally, before we relay our sentiments on this shocking, and horrendous situation that two families find themselves entangled, everyone needs to remember that Noah had nine, yes nine siblings that are also innocent victims. And it is because of the other nine children involved that we ask the public to take care with what they post on social media as the older children are privy to everything that is being posted and it is severely upsetting adding to the stress of them finding out their brother has died at the hand of their mother. Please have care and think before you post and ask yourself, would I want my child to read this if the tables were turned?

We have chosen to remain silent until now because we have Julia Tomlin's three oldest children. We adopted them in 2011, after she signed away her parental rights before going to jail after being convicted of felony child abuse. We adopted the three older children who are our grandchildren and who we fostered for six months prior to the adoption's finalization. There is also a set of twins one of which was the victim of the stove burn. The twins found a new life and home with an unknown family. There are also three more boys who all reside with their fathers. The baby is now in foster care and we pray that she finds a loving family. All in all, it is the nine other children that everyone should consider in the aftermath of the tragedy. Please be sensitive in what is said and/or written. People can speculate, spew hatred and venom or they can opt to send prayers and well wishes. Until the entire situation comes to light and the truth in its entirety comes out, please understand that the children are wounded, and devastated.

It was our true belief and hope beyond hope that Noah would be returned home safely and that his disappearance was nothing more than a sickening prank that had gone awry. We sincerely thought that Julia had arranged to have someone hide Noah as a means of upsetting Noah's father and getting back at him for changing his plans of going to her house the morning of his return. Instead, he decided to come straight to see his parents and older three children, on his return to Virginia from California on Saturday, June 22. Noah's father had been residing in California for the past two years and did not find out about Julia's pregnancy until after he had moved for work. We genuinely believed that Julia was vying for attention as it would not be the first time that Julia had caused drama and chaos for unseen slights. Unfortunately, our worst fears came to fruition as we all found out this past Wednesday, July 3. There is much more of this story to be told but, as I asked of you all I must abide by own wishes and not post anything that would be hurtful to the children. I do want to say that our hearts are broken and the sadness is stifling. There is a cloud of sorrow over our home. We pray that all who have sent love and support to us know that it has been a great comfort to our family to know that so many people care. Additionally, for those who have sent donations, we wish only to see Noah's siblings be the beneficiaries and recipients of the goodwill of the public who has been so very generous.

Ok so what I got from this is Mom had 10 kids total. The 1st 3 are from the same Dad and were adopted by their paternal grandparents. Then she has a set of twins with a different Dad, one of which was the baby that was burned, and those twins were adopted by a non-related family. Then she had 3 more boys with a different Dad or Dad's and then Noah was fathered by the same guy as the 1st 3 children and then the baby girl who has a different Dad then Noah.

Grandma said they have adopted JT's three older children, not necessarily their own biological grandchildren. That was my take on the specific wording anyway.

Where are the children's rights? I'm so sick of hearing about a drug-addicted, abusive woman's reproductive rights when they have child after child while on drugs, and then go on to abuse or kill them. Their reproductive rights end the moment they kill their own child. What about that child's right to exist?

If a woman really loves their child, they won't do drugs while the child is in utero and they won't abuse and kill them after their born! And if a man is the one abusing and killing infants (even step-children), he needs to be sterilized, too!

The only thing that will stop this is when we start caring more about the rights of victims than the rights of the perpetrators. We are allowing the murder of our nation's children by being so concerned about a woman and her right to reproduce. What the hell? Reproduce for what? More government handouts? It's obvious she's not doing it because she loves and wants children. It's more like she and the father can't bother using birth control, even a condom. A lot of these drug-addict mothers sell themselves for sex to get their drugs. That's where a lot of these poor babies come from. If you're an addict and have 10 children, YOU DON'T CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM. For a drug addict, children are an unwanted result of indiscriminate sex.

I know this post isn't PC, and I don't give a damn. PC is what has gotten us into this mess to begin with.

Have you ever tried to educate a child born on crack? Have you had your heart broken while they drool and have trouble learning the most basic concepts, knowing they will never be able to have an independent life? Have you watched newborns scream and cry in withdrawal at a hospital, knowing their life started as a living hell?

What about that woman who abandoned EIGHT crack-addicted babies at different times in the Chicago area? EIGHT children left for the state to care for, EIGHT precious lives that were affected by a mother who didn't want them and only had them as a consequence of selling herself for drugs. A judge tried to order her on birth control. The ACLU stepped in and said it was against her reproductive rights. What the hell? HER reproductive rights?!! She has none! She abandoned eight babies over a span of time! What is wrong with us as a society that we care more about her ability to make eight MORE crack babies than the right of any baby to be drug-free and non-handicapped by an uncaring womb and sperm donor?

Have you lived with the results of Shaken Baby Syndrome? Have you cared for a boy who was perfect at birth but by age two was blind, couldn't speak or swallow and confined to a wheelchair the rest of his life because of the abuse his mother and boyfriend did to him? He was nothing but a thing to torment, but he and his brother were returned to her again and again, until he was kicked down outside apartment stairs like a football. He spent two and half years in the hospital because his injuries were so bad. And his mother and boyfriend had been sexually abusing the older brother. Oh, let's not take away HER reproductive rights!

Protecting unwanted and abused children from being born to drug addicts and abusers is NOT eugenics! It is protecting those who cannot protect themselves. It is caring for those who cannot care for themselves.

If a woman or a man cannot or will not properly care for any child they have, then they forfeit the right to have any more children they cannot or will not care for. It's about time someone spoke up for the children and quit giving abusers and killers excuses to have more victims at their disposal.

Yes 10 children, multiple baby daddy’s, and 7 of them had been permanently removed from her custody. Absolutely no excuse why the last three were ever in her custody.
