NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department is searching for a missing 85-year-old man last seen Monday afternoon.

According to police, Phillip Rollins was last seen in the 5100 block of E. Virginia Beach Boulevard around 1:15 p.m. He was wearing a dark gray hat, a brown shirt and blue jeans.

Rollins suffers from dementia, police said.

Anyone who has information on Rollins' whereabouts is asked to call 911.
