Found Safe VA - Robert Copeland, adult, Chesapeake, 10 May 2017

Chesapeake officers said relatives reported him missing on May 15. They added that he needs medication and that they consider him endangered.

Copeland last was seen near North Battlefield Boulevard and Volvo Parkway.
